Chapter 3 - Chapter 3: Headshot

Down the streets from atop the building, he could see people still running around in panic trying escape the zombie cannage. He took out the sniper rifle, looked for a corner with maximum view of the city and took aim.

Time to level up, after a minute of considering he shot at a group of zombies running after a group of college students.

The bullet hit the zombie head blasting it of, headshot Ian screamed in his heart.

He shot the next zombie in the group and heard the kill notification but didn't check, instead he asked the system to switch it of since it kept distracting his focus.

The students now realizing someone was helping them ran even faster and after Ian took his 20 shot they had already found a shop and locked themselves in.

He reloaded the gun and decided to check his rewards.

He went up three levels and was now level 4

"Not bad for my first time it's not like am some special forces soldier or something."

Truth be told he used to take shooting lessons every time he had time to release his stress. After 20 shots the he could hear banging on the roof access door, of course he expected this to happen since his gun didn't have a suppressor hence the noice noice was like a beacon to the zombies.

Even down the street, the building was now crowded with zombies all around it's perimeter.

He started to have a headache, he felt like he just cooked himself.

He went ahead and bought a suppressor for 15 coins and equipped it on the sniper rifle. Since the ground was already crawling with zombies he decided to take them out and level up at the same time.

He went back to the corner and continued farming exp and coins.

After what seemed like an eternity he used up all his sniper ammo and decided to to take a break. The notifications he received were overwhelming since he had killed quite a number of zombies.

Ian now full of confidence pat his chest and told himself this was easier than expected, he could survive 6 month easy. As if hearing his thoughts the system gave him his first mission.

Clear and escape the building,

Mission difficulty: B

Mission time: 6dys 23hrs 59min 57sec

Failure: unacceptable

Reward: 20,000,000 coins, 1,500,000 exp

If countdown hits zero and host has still not finished the mission, you will get stuck in this world without the system.

Ian looked at the mission and felt like crying out. How was he supposed to clear out 100 floors alone in seven days.

The building itself was in the middle of town, what a headache, according to this world date, it was a Monday that means the streets had a lot of people, From the 21st upwards were apartments meaning Upto 900 people a floor. That's like 14000 zombies without factoring in the visitors.

"Damn system a little help here."

"Yuh I know that, can't you like tell me the numbers am dealing with here, you are all mighty after all."

Floors: 100

Height: 1000 feet

Zombies: 14215

Survivors: 163

Though he was panicking inside he calmed himself after all he couldn't have brought here just so he could die.

He went to the system storage and took out the level up package, it looked like those weapon crates in call of duty. Of course the box could hold a lot of things for it's size.

Ian saw a palm print on top of the box and placed his on palm on it.

The box scanned his palm and opened to reveal it's content.

5 military androids (fully equipped)

10 adrenaline shots

1 skill upgrade card

1 random skill card

2 free shopping voucher ( one item each)

1 platinum military dagger

1,000,000 coins

Looking at all this Ian felt a little relieved especially when he saw those androids. He had seen them when he first browsed through the shop and had to turn away due to the price

One of those cost 1,000,000 coins add the equipment and that is 1.7 million coins.

He summoned them from the system storage to inspect them.

When the androids saw him they stood straight like soldiers infront of there commanding officer. He checked with the system and was told since he summoned them, he was the highest ranking officer thus they had to act with respect.

After consideration Ian decided to give the five names since it was tiresome having to call them android 1 and 2 it just didn't sit well with him.

The first one he named Mark, then another one John and Smith the other two he named Connor and Carter. Make no mistake this aren't just average androids, there processors are of special forces grade making them special forces soldiers.

According to the system, these five came from a universe plagued with wars and they were the remaining survivors from there batch though they got decommissioned after 100 wars. They had began showing human emotions and even refused to follow orders and were scheduled for demolition until they were brought here by the system.

Ian had then ease up after reading through their description. He now knew they were practically thinking like humans.
