Chapter 1 - Chapter : 1 : Reincarnation? : 1

Aiden woke up. He felt as if his body had been through so much yet nothing.

He heard voices. Excited voices filled with relief.

"Master… he is finally here…" A female voice reached his ears.

*The hell… where am I?" Aiden thought. The last thing he could remember was being asleep on his soft mattress, resting after a hectic day.

Aiden slowly opened his eyes. His eyes tried to adjust to the sudden change.

As his eyes adjusted to his surroundings, he saw a woman, her eyes filled with longing as if she were looking at something or someone precious. His eyes suddenly drifted toward her head, his eyes focusing on her pointy cat-like ears on top of her head, twitching.

*Damn…. A Cat girl? Am I dreaming?* He thought, his mind processing what he had discovered.

His eyes shifted to her voluptuous curves. Her black silky hair spilling down her shoulder. She was wearing an off-shoulder kimono that did little to hide her tits. If anything, it made them stand out more.

The kimono hung dangerously low, slipping off her shoulder and exposing the smooth skin of her collarbone and her upper chest.

The deep neckline plunged so far down that her full, round boobs were barely contained, soft flesh pressing against her loose fabric. Each breath she took made the fabric shift, as if threatening to fall further.

The fabric barely covered her voluptuous hips, parting in a high slit that ran all the way up to her soft and toned thigh. She was a vision of pure seduction-half dressed, yet somehow even more dangerous than if she had worn nothing at all.

*Huh… she is… hot. But why did a babe of her caliber have anything to do with me?* Aiden thought, his mind filling with lustrous thoughts.

His eyes drifted to her eyes, filled with emotions he couldn't explain. Tears threatening to spill.

His heart swelled. He was no monster. How could he have such a thought for a person who looked so sad yet happy?

Aiden then raised his voice, his mind filled with questions. Is this really a dream? It has to be.

"Umm…" Before he could finish his sentence, the cat girl ran toward him, throwing herself on him. Tears spilling down her cheek. She held him tightly, as if afraid he would go away if she let go.

Her tears soaked his fabric upon his chest. Her voluptuous chest pressed against him.

Aiden felt confused. He raised his hands. "Hey, you alright?" he said, his voice laced with confusion.

Finally, his eyes drifted toward the other girls. They were all beast girls. Everyone had some features resembling an animal.

They watched us, their hands clasped over their voluptuous chests, as warmth spread through them. Their lips trembled into a smile, and before they realized it, tears welled up in their own eyes as they hastily wiped them away. Some couldn't stop crying and had to be petted and hugged.

Aiden was thoroughly confused. He didn't have the slightest understanding of what the hell was happening. Though he realized he was not thinking anything lewd anymore.

"Ma'am…" He asked nervously, as he added, "Why are you crying?" His voice filled with worry.

She didn't reply for a few seconds before letting go of him as she took a step back.

Her eyes were red from crying, sniffing cutely. She hastily wiped her tears.

"Sorry for that," She replied, still sniffing. "I was just… so happy. So happy that I could see you again after all these years."

"What do you mean?" Aiden asked, looking toward her curiously.

"He doesn't know me yet," She whispered to herself.

Aiden heard what she whispered to herself. His confusion grew.

"You'll know when the time is right." She replied, her cheek dusted red.

"But can I at least know why you called me here?" Aiden asked, his face twitching curiously.

"I… Mean we…" Her tone serious, as glanced toward the spectators.

Aiden followed her gaze. The atmosphere around him grew tense as they now had a serious expression on their face.

Aiden gulped, though he still thought that this was a dream like no other.

"We summoned you to take care of the great calamity." As those words left her soft red lips, the air around us grew tenser.

"Calamity?" Aiden repeated.

"Yes… We'll be sending you to a world of magic and monsters. And your job will be…" She said, dramatically pausing before revealing his job.

*The hell… This is like one of those isekai anime where the main character gets reincarnated in another world. Is the same thing going to happen to me? If this is a dream, I don't wanna wake up.* Aiden thought, the corner of his lips twitched in amusement.

"Beast Tamer!" Everyone present there spoke at the same time.

"Beast Tamer…" Aiden repeated those words, checking how it felt on his lips.

"Yes!" She replied.

"That… Sound, tempting." Aiden smirked.

"You're still the same. Always smirking and teasing whenever you got nervous." She muttered to herself.

"So… What is this calamity you talk about?"

She thought before she replied, "It will be faster if I show you."

"Huh…"

Before Aiden could ask what she meant, she closed the distance between them and locked lips with him.

Aiden froze. His mind couldn't comprehend what was happening.

A little cat girl who was watching this scene unfold, blushed when. Suddenly, a pair of hands blocked her view.

"Sarena, I know it's tempting, but you shouldn't see your mother kissing someone when you're this small." A bunny girl with long bunny ears, with her voluptuous breasts and hips, said with a smile.

"But… That man is my…" Before Sarena could finish her words, the bunny girl pressed her index finger on her lips, silencing her.

"It's not the right time. He might hear you." She told her, with a worried expression, though a smile played on her lips.

"I… I miss him so much," Sarena said, her tone filled with sadness.

The bunny girl hugged her tightly, burying Sarena's face on her ample bosom.

She started petting her, placing a kiss on her forehead, "I know it hurts, dear, but you need to wait a little longer." Her tone filled with an equal amount of sadness, "I miss him too. But we can't. He is not yet the same person."

Sarena nodded, though she couldn't hide her sadness.

"Good girl."

Coming back to Aiden and the cat girl. As she kissed him, Aiden's mind filled up with knowledge.

He saw himself hovering in the sky. He saw a medieval civilization. People use magic in their daily lives.

Then the scene shifted to battlefields, where he saw mages, knights, and others fighting against demons and monsters.

His eyes hovered above the battlefield. Bodies of both men and demons lay rotting in the sun.

"This war had raged for centuries, ending with the victories of mankind," The cat girl spoke.

Aiden looked beside him, their hands intertwined.
