"Errrr, okay," Adam replied before asking again, "So why did they try to kidnap you? And what are you even doing at the university? Aren't you a bit too young to be here?"
"My family is rich, and I came to attend the lecture," Liluth replied vaguely.
"Well, that explains the security detail," Adam replied as he could tell that the young, short-haired blonde didn't want to talk about it, so instead asked, "Anyway, can you tell us how to reach the Historic Research Department?"
"Oh, right, let me take you there," Liluth offered again happily.
Before Adam could respond, the group of three heard a strange humming noise coming from above them and as they looked up, they saw a slim-looking shuttle that appeared to be designed to be able to fly between the trees, quickly flying in their direction that stopped directly above them before individuals wearing combat armour and wielding weapons of various sizes jumped out of the shuttle's side doors and flew down to the ground using some kind of jet packs.
As they touched down and spread out, several of them raised their weapons at Adam and Rowena before the one at the front yelled, "FREEZE. LAY DOWN YOUR WEAPONS AND PUT YOUR HANDS UP!"
"I'm assuming they are here for you?" Adam asked Liluth while ignoring the soldiers' command.
"I guess," Liluth said with a sad sigh, because she knew that she would never be allowed to accompany them to the Historic Research Department now.
"DIDN'T YOU HEAR ME? I SAID…" The leader began only to be interrupted by Liluth, who angrily said.
"SHUT UP! Can't you see that this man is carrying a universal force staff? Are you suggesting a universal senator's bodyguard is responsible for my kidnapping attempt?"

"Princess?" The leader asked in shock.
"Princess?" Adam repeated in surprise while turning to Liluth and saying, "As in Princess Liluth Solar."

"No wonder you were attending the lecture," Adam said to her before turning to Rowena and asking with a frown, "Why do I keep getting involved in fights whenever I meet princesses?
First there was Revi, then Princess Terrana and now Liluth here."

"What did you call me?" Liluth asked in shock.
"How dare you address her highness so discourteously?" The soldier asked angrily.
"What? Oh, I guess I did call you Liluth," Adam replied as he completely ignored the soldier.
"STOP ADDRESSING HER SO INFORMALLY," the soldier yelled angrily as he raised his blaster at Adam.
"What are you doing, you idiot? Do you plan to shoot a universal bodyguard?" Liluth asked angrily.
"No, princess, it's just that…." The soldier began, only for Liluth to interrupt him again.
"Be quiet and go stand over there. I wish to continue speaking with the man who saved me without you interrupting us every few seconds."
"Princess, I'm not sure that's a good idea."
"I don't believe I asked for your opinion. Now go check on all of those who are still unconscious. I'm sure many of them will be waking up soon," Liluth stated as she pointed towards several of the other soldiers.
"Yes, princess," the soldier replied meekly before doing as instructed.

"You have nothing to apologise for, Liluth. It wasn't you who pointed the blaster at me," Adam replied, causing Liluth to smile happily.
"Casanova," Rowena said with a smirk.

"Hmmm, you have a point," Rowena replied before giving Adam a look.
"You really want to tell her who you are? You know how dangerous that is, right?"

"Sure," Liluth nodded eagerly with a happy smile.

"Now who's addressing her so informally?" Adam asked with a smirk.
"You don't mind, do you, Liluth?" Rowena asked with a wink.
"Not at all," Liluth said happily.
"See," Rowena said as she flashed Adam a proud smile before turning back to Liluth and was about to continue speaking when the group heard another humming noise coming from above them, like earlier, and as they looked up once again, they saw another of the slim-looking shuttles quickly approaching that soon began its descent and landed not far away.
As soon as the shuttle touched down, a group of beautiful Solarian women that were all wearing the same uniform, though it differed from the one the soldiers were wearing, jumped out and rushed towards the three of them before surrounding them.
One of the Solarian women with short green hair stepped forward and bowed to Liluth before saying, "I'm relieved to see that you're safe, princess. Your mother personally sent us to collect you and bring you back to the castle. Are you hurt or injured anywhere?"

"Kidnappers!" Keerla said in surprise before looking around while asking, "Where?"
"The unconscious Caninian is the leader. I kept him alive since I figured you would have questions for him, while the other Caninians are dead," Adam said as he pointed to the still unconscious Bullet, which several soldiers were checking over.
"LADIES, TAKE THAT MAN INTO CUSTODY AND FIND OUT WHY HE ATTEMPTED TO KIDNAP THE PRINCESS!" Keerla shouted angrily to several of the other women.
"Yes, ma'am," one of them replied before pulling out some restraints and quickly approaching the unconscious Bullet.
"I can't thank you enough for saving the princess," Keerla said to Adam in a grateful tone before it turned serious and she said with narrowed eyes, "Now tell me about these kidnappers."
"Of course," Adam replied before going on to explain exactly what happened.
"I see, thank you for telling me," Keerla replied in a thoughtful tone before she became all smiles and said, "I will be sure to report this to the queen personally, who will no doubt have the king send a personal thanks to the Terran royal family, but is there anything we can do for you personally as a way of expressing our gratitude for saving our princess?"
