Chapter 32 - Chapter 32 Reward

"Yes, in this world, who doesn't want to be stronger? Who doesn't want to gain more?" Mother Earth Gaia's hands "grew" yellowish-brown snakes, flicking their tongues.

Mobius silently watched the appearing snakes. These were symbols of Mother Earth Gaia. In this era, snakes were sacred symbols, manifestations of Mother Earth Gaia.

Even Mobius himself, at the very beginning, had wanted to use snakes as his symbol, but he was delayed later.

"Very good, calm Mobius, your nimble tongue has successfully persuaded me, making me willing to place my wager on you. I believe you will become my Holy Grail, assisting me in fulfilling my plan," Mother Earth Gaia said admiringly. "When Eros revives, you will certainly be by his side."

"You will also have a share of destiny's favour. Every blooming flower will bring you new power." A divine authority appeared in Mother Earth Gaia's hand. "This is the divine authority of flowers. Although it's not a Source God divine authority, it's a good supplement to your power."

Mobius subconsciously accepted this divine authority and integrated it into his body. Soon, his rank became that of a Weak Divine Power god, and his strength was also enhanced.

A small flower bud appeared on the twelve-leaf silver chain by his ear, and then countless flowers climbed over his ear, forming a crown.

Moonlight-flowing silver thorns intertwined to form the crown's base, with twelve dark night roses blooming in solidified crimson among the thorns, each petal edge tempered with stardust fragments. Blue irises and black feather ferns intricately wove into an asymmetrical crown ring, with dangling silver chains adorned with motifs of the War God's chariot forged from meteoric iron.

The king protea at the centre of the crown was imbued with the gradual purple of the dawn sky, its petal veins flowing with liquid mithril, reflecting the cold gleam of a drawn blade in the sunlight. Vine-like dark gold reliefs climbed from his temples to the centre of his forehead.

The flower crown made Mobius appear even more handsome. If the previous Mobius was a combination of softness and handsomeness, now he exuded a hint of nobility and elegance, radiating grace in every gesture.

"Handsome Mobius! Are you satisfied with this gift?" Mother Earth Gaia asked, smiling as she looked at Mobius wearing the crown.

"Thank you for your generous gift, Your Highness Mother Earth Gaia." Mobius's bow carried a sense of harmony with nature and the earth.

"Lord of Flowers and Healing, you should now be able to make the gods wary," Mother Earth Gaia said with a smile.

"Yes, the divine authority of flowers allows me to control the blooming seasons of various flowers. Whether in spring, summer, or autumn, I can make the flowers I desire bloom with their unique charm," Mobius said, suppressing his excitement.

Don't underestimate this divine authority just because it seems to only control flowers. You should know that in this world, in addition to using animals as symbols of gods, there are also various flowers, such as Hades with the narcissus, Cronus with the white oak, and Zeus with the olive.

Mobius can influence a god's faith on the earth by controlling the blooming time of flowers. This faith is very important nourishment for gods who want to gain without effort. If the flowers symbolizing a god no longer bloom on the earth, then his faith will greatly diminish.

After all, gods without even a symbol will not receive human faith, just like those River Gods and Mountain Spring Goddesses, there are always demigods who want to seize them and turn them into their husbands/wives.

Mother Earth Gaia smiled and said, "My dear Mobius! Will you always stay by Aphrodite's side?" Mother Earth Gaia said with a smile.

"I will, I will always watch over Your Highness, but I hope Your Highness Aphrodite will have a good ending." Mobius touched his cheek, his eyes full of innocence reflected in Mother Earth's presence.

"She will have a very good ending! After all, as the mother of a great Original God, she will become the most noble goddess in this world. She will be respected by other gods, and countless goddesses will envy her glory and joy." Mother Earth Gaia felt dizzy, as if a winged figure was still by her side.

"Alright, you should leave now, compassionate Mobius." Mother Earth Gaia waved her hand, and a vortex appeared beside Mobius.

Mobius bowed to Mother Earth Gaia, then stepped through the vortex and departed.

Mother Earth Gaia stared at the vortex where Mobius had left, lost in thought for a long time. In her hand, she held a broken feather shimmering with seven colors, carrying the power of love and desire.

No, it should be said that love and desire were merely the most insignificant powers of this broken feather. It exuded vibrant life force and an aura of fear…

These powers combined to form the force that drives the world! The feather exuded the power to advance the world!

A longing gaze flashed in Mother Earth Gaia's eyes.

"How many years has it been, Eros? Your elder sister has almost forgotten your innocent face. When will you return to my side?" Mother Earth Gaia put away the feather. "No matter what, I will revive you, just as you protected me with your wings back then…"

A hint of a smile played on Mobius's lips as he left Mother Earth Gaia's temple, clearly in a good mood, for gaining a useful divine authority was truly excellent!

Although it was power with a price, Mother Earth Gaia was right: there is no, equivalent exchange is the most just power in the world. But this statement is just a joke!

Because divine authorities are known for relying on innate bloodlines. The divine authorities in the world are spread through bloodlines, from the bloodline of the first-generation God-King to the third-generation God-King Zeus.

During this process, there was almost no change; all gods had a common origin: Mother Earth Gaia! And the origin of the Underworld Gods was Nyx and Erebus.

Even the despised River Gods and Mountain Spring Goddesses were gods born from Tethys and Oceanus.

In this world, gods must have the bloodline of an Original God. Coincidentally, Mobius possessed the bloodline of Zeus, so he had the qualification to become a god and to be noticed by Mother Earth Gaia, which is why he could obtain this power.

If Mobius were just an ordinary Daimon, he would absolutely not be favoured by Mother Earth Gaia, at least not casually receive this divine authority.

The wind blew a light red petal down. "It's a rose!" Mobius caught the petal falling from his head, and the expression on his face changed from joy to melancholy.

The flower crown on his head was not just an ornament, but an extremely powerful artefact that could grant him powers similar to prophecy
