The heavens took the wielder of the Twilight Holy Spear very seriously.
After all, the Twilight Holy Spear was a Sacred Gear that had once pierced Jesus himself—a weapon known as the strongest among all Sacred Gears, containing holy power of terrifying magnitude. As Seraphim of Heaven, they were fully aware of how dangerous such a weapon was.
That was why, this time, Michael personally dispatched two Archangels.
Raphael and Uriel both nodded solemnly at Takumi's reminder. Then, they departed with their subordinates, leaving Takumi alone with Michael and Gabriel.
Once the two angels left, both Michael and Gabriel seemed lost in thought.
Takumi, meanwhile, had already finished replicating the divine artifacts present.
Michael eventually came back to his senses.
"Gabriel, please escort Mr. Takumi to the top floor."
"Grant him access to the Lord's private collection."
"Mr. Takumi, I must take my leave for now. This matter requires my personal supervision."
With that, Michael departed, leaving Takumi and Gabriel alone.
Takumi understood what troubled Michael—he was clearly worried about what was happening elsewhere. Perhaps he intended to pursue it personally. Hopefully, Cao Cao would be safe.
It seemed the entire Heaven realm had mobilized.
Without saying much, Takumi followed Gabriel, who led him to the highest level—the very core of Heaven itself.
As he arrived, Takumi was astonished by the presence of the system here.
"Even the system of Heaven is located here? You all really trust me, don't you?"
He stroked his chin thoughtfully.
All the deepest secrets of Heaven were kept here. Michael had essentially laid open the entire realm before him.
"If Mr. Takumi truly wanted to come, we wouldn't be able to stop you anyway, right? Besides, you're not from this world. Eventually, you'll leave. If the Lord's knowledge can spread to other worlds, then for us, that would also be a kind of glory."
Gabriel let out a small, resigned sigh. She understood the reality.
If Takumi had decided to use force, all of Heaven wouldn't have been able to stop him.
This outsider was no joke—his strength was overwhelming, beyond what Heaven could contend with.
And since he wasn't taking everything, only browsing... it wasn't a huge issue.
They were surprisingly pragmatic, these angels.
Gabriel led Takumi into the room where Heaven kept its many sacred texts. These included scriptures and magical knowledge from the biblical pantheon, along with items collected from other deities.
As a former leader of a divine system, the biblical god had gathered quite the trove of artifacts, all of which were stored here.
Gabriel used her angelic magic to deactivate the wards and led Takumi inside.
Facing the vast library, Takumi didn't immediately begin. Instead, he looked toward Gabriel.
"Miss Gabriel, are you interested in coming with me? How about spreading your Lord's glory in my world?"
Takumi smiled brightly at the beautiful angel before him.
Gabriel was truly remarkable.
So much so that any attempt to post her image would get instantly censored. You can look her up if you're curious.
Takumi really wanted to lure—no, persuade—her to join him. That way, his world would have its very own angel. He still lacked a personal angel.
Would this Miss Gabriel be willing to come?
Gabriel froze at the question. Join him in another world?
"I'm sorry. I can't go."
As one of Heaven's Archangels, Gabriel held a significant role in mythology and could not leave freely.
Thus, she politely declined Takumi's offer. She wasn't yet able to leave.
"No need to reject me so quickly. How about deciding after you've met your Lord again?"
Takumi wasn't surprised by her refusal. If she had agreed so easily, he would've been disappointed.
Still, it was fine. He had other ways.
Once Cao Cao returned and the Holy Spear was copied, Takumi would surely meet the God of the Bible—a well-known figure across many worlds.
Takumi was curious to meet them. If that god turned out to be a cute girl, he might be tempted to lend a helping hand.
When it came to manipulating consciousness, Takumi was a pro.
If there was any lingering will, he had enough power to help preserve it—or even bring it back.
It was just a matter of whether he felt like it.
Gabriel stood in stunned silence.
Consult their Lord?
"If... if it's the Lord's will, I have no objections."
She would follow whatever her Lord decreed—of course, that was assuming they could meet the Lord again.
Takumi nodded and dropped the subject, turning his attention to the books before him.
He could understand the texts. Perhaps they were written in English for easier missionary use?
Snapping his fingers, rows of robots suddenly appeared out of thin air and began moving efficiently.
Gabriel blinked in surprise.
The machines picked up the books and began flipping through them rapidly—scanning the contents?
Once done with a book, each machine returned it to its original place.
"This way is faster. If I had to read it all myself, I don't know how long it would take."
"Technology really is productivity," Takumi grinned, noting Gabriel's astonishment.
He began linking up with the robots' data storage, absorbing the scanned information.
As the knowledge flowed in, he was surprised again.
"You angels' divine arts are all included too?"
Gabriel nodded.
"Yes. Everything we angels have mastered is here. These are the original texts. The ones used by lower angels are merely copies. Only the Four Great Archangels have access to this place. It's not open to the public."
She calmly explained everything to Takumi.
This place contained all the magical and divine techniques of the biblical system—angelic techniques included.
