Seeing Raksheet laughing so freely, Ira felt so relaxed. Her all stress went away. She kept on thinking about how she will start her married life with Raksheet. She can give him everything he want. He have waited for so long just to have something he deserve.
Finally he don't have to hold himself back and Ira don't have to fear anything. But it would be better if she don't tell Raksheet about it for a while because she have a responsibility of her grandfather's health. She don't want her grandfather to lack of anything just because she was enjoying her romance with her husband.
'He looks so adorable when he laugh.' she thought.
Next day in the morning, Raksheet summoned his spy in his office to know how is the investigation going. Did he found out something?
"Greetings Your majesty." Vikram, Raksheet's personal spy said.
"Good morning, sit." Raksheet said, without looking up at Vikram and continued checking the documents he have to sign.
"Yes." Vikram sat down on the chair infront of Raksheet.
"How is the investigation going? Did you find something? Who was that intruder?"
"It is hard to find out who was that intruder as there was no soldier present in the palace. All the soldiers were in armoury so no one saw who entered in his majesty's chamber. But...." Vikram stopped as he thought what he is going to say, it may offend Raksheet.
Raksheet looked up from his documents when Vikram suddenly stopped talking. "But what?" He asked with questioning look.
On the other hand, Ira was in her grandfather's chamber, giving him his medicine after breakfast.
"Eat this, and don't even think about going out of the palace. Not even in the garden." She said as she noticed her grandfather looking out of the window again and again.
"Ok." He said with a sad expression.
Even if Ira know that her grandfather is faking this sadness, she still felt bad for him. Sitting in his chamber all the day, he must be very bored of it. But he can't go out either as the temperature outside is high today.
"Don't do that. You know I don't like to see you sad. The temperature outside is high, your health may deteriorate." Ira said so that her grandfather would stop making that sad expression.
"Then how this wind is blowing so cold?" Viraaj asked back, trying to prove Ira wrong.
"It's not." She replied strictly. "I have placed ice cubes in your chamber that's why it's cool here."
"Ok i understood."
Ira smiled and shook her head on her grandfather's behaviour "You need cold atmosphere. The temperature outside is high. It would be better if you stay in your chamber. And I will accompany you till the evening."
"What? Till the evening? Don't you have any work to do? Go and help your mother-in-law with some work. Don't waste your time on me. You are a married woman now. You should spend time with your in-laws too. Yesterday too, you were with me from the morning to evening. Don't do that again. Go to your mother-in-law." Viraaj don't want Ira to stay with him all the day. Because it will affect her relationship with her in-laws. She didn't spent time with her in-laws since he came. They might think that she only care about her family and not about them.
"Don't worry, I told my mother-in-law that I will stay with you today. And she don't have any objection. The temperature is high and you are not used to it. Your body may feel more weak because of the temperature. It would be better if i stay with you. The temperature will be cold as long as I am with you to take care." Ira explained but still Viraaj was in dilemma. He don't want Ira's relationship with her in-laws to get affected because of him.
"But still, you should spend some time with them. After we leave, you should spend good time with them and keep them happy. Don't forget that your life depends on their happiness and trust on you." He said with concern.
Understanding Viraaj's concern, Ira nod with a reassuring smile "I will. Don't worry. Stress is not good for your health."
"How am I not supposed to worry when your married life is getting affected because of me? Your relationship with your in-laws is more important than your relationship with me."
Ira shook her head as denying Viraaj's thought but before she can speak, her grandmother entered in the chamber and interrupted her.
"His majesty is right. You should be with your new family. No need to spend your all time with his majesty. I will take care of him. You can leave." Sadhya said with straight face and sat down beside Viraaj on his other side.
The atmosphere of the chamber suddenly became tensed and all of them had a serious expression.
"What are you doing here?" Viraaj asked with a poker face.
"I am here to take care of you your majesty." Sadhya replied with a sweet smile and held Viraaj's hand.
Viraaj pulled his hand away as he know Sadhya's intentions "Why? Ira will take care of me. No need to bother. Go back to your chamber."
"How can I go back to my chamber and rest when my husband is sick?" Sadhya asked with a concern look. 'It's cold here. My chamber is so hot! I can't stay there for whole day. I would better stay here. At least this ignorant girl is usable for now. I want to go back to Aaro! If I knew the temperature in Jwalana is indeed like it's name, the hot like fire, i wouldn't have come here.' She thought
"Really? You care a lot for me, don't you? Then why are you sharing chamber with Daksha instead of your husband? Why Dhishva is staying in my chamber to look after me when I have such a 'caring' wife?" Viraaj asked, making Sadhya tongue twisted.
"I...." Sadhya opened her mouth to speak but closed it again when she didn't had any explanation or excuse. She didn't wanted to stay up all night and look after Viraaj's health. She prefer her sleep over Viraaj's health and that's why she asked Dhishva to look after Viraaj as he never disobeys his mother.
"I know why you are here. Don't disturb us. Go back to your chamber. Go to the garden or anywhere else, to the cold place or less hot place. But you can't stay here. I don't want to see you." Viraaj looked away, not wanting to see her cunning face.
"Grandmother, you can go to the pond behind the palace. It must be cold there." Ira suggested.
Sadhya got off from the bed in frustration "No need!" She said and left the chamber while stomping her feet.
Ira chuckled on Sadhya's behaviour, how she can't bear the hotness but still don't want to listen to Ira's suggestion.
"Don't mind her, you know she is always like this." Viraaj said.
"It's ok. Anyways, she is my grandmother. I have to bear and respect her." Ira replied with an innocent smile.
'Huh, grandmother. You don't deserve such a grandmother.' Viraaj thought, admiring Ira's innocence.
"Vikram! Think twice before accusing someone." Raksheet said in displeasure as Vikram's information triggered him.
Vikram quickly stood from his chair and joined his hands to apologize. "I am really sorry your majesty. But i am not accusing anyone. I am just telling you the information I got from maids and servants. I am not in the place to accuse him. I am just telling you what I heard. In the morning, he was roaming around the kitchen and he was asking about his majesty's food. And after breakfast, a maid who was cleaning the corridor saw him running in hurry. He was coming from his majesty's chamber's direction. He was looking scared and in hurry." Vikram explained.
Raksheet finally calmed down and gestured Vikram to sit down. Vikram sat down obediently and waited for Raksheet's response.
"Who is that maid? Do you trust her?" He asked, doubting on the maid as she can lie to misguide them.
Hearing Raksheet's question, Vikram's eyes lit up and he answered confidently "Of course I trust her. She is working here for more than seven years. She came in the palace to work when she was a teenager. I know her since long time. I have her all information. She have her mother and a younger brother in her family. Her father was a soldier in Jwalana army. But he died when her mother was pregnant with her younger brother. Being the first born, she had her mother's and brother's responsibility so she had to work in palace. She is so beautiful and honest. She never lie and always respect everyone-"
Raksheet signalled Vikram to stop talking as he is going off track and talking about a different topic. He sighed and asked "Is she with long black hair and brown skin? She have light brown eyes?"
Vikram immediately nod with a bright smile. "Yes, She is the one! Do you know her your majesty?"
"Of course I know her. I know you like her from a long time."
Vikram's eyes widened and his cheeks flushed red when he got to know that Raksheet already know about his secret crush on the maid.
