Chapter 68 - Great grandchildren

"My all wishes are fulfilled which were in my hands to make them come true. Now there is only one left. And only you can fulfill it."

Ira looked at Viraaj in curiosity. If she is the only one who can fulfill her grandfather's wish, she will do it for sure. Without any hesitation.

"I want to see my great grandkids as soon as possible." He expressed his only wish that can come true with a genuine hope in his eyes and smile. The other one is that he want Ira and Raksheet to rule the Aaro which is impossible. Viraaj have kept this wish in his heart since the day he held baby Ira in his hands. He knew she is born to be a queen of Aaro but may be her fate and her family for sure don't want it. That's why he didn't expressed this wish to anyone before.

Ira was feeling shy but the hope in her grandfather's eyes didn't let her think that he is again joking how he did in morning. May be he wasn't joking in the morning as well. He really want to see Ira having her own happy family with her husband and kids.

This time, Ira didn't ignored his words and smiled in response. "Of course I will fulfill your wish. But you have to promise me that you will take care of your health so that you can play with your great grandkids."

Viraaj's eyes lit up when Ira agreed to fulfill his wish and didn't took it as a joke. He quickly nod as yes and hugged her. "I am waiting for the day when I can play with my great grandkids." His eyes were moist and his heart was heavy. He was happy but there was sadness in his heart as well, as if he himself is not sure whether he can see his wish come true or may be this is his last wish.

He quickly wiped his tears so that Ira won't notice him being emotional all of a sudden. He broke the hug and to change the topic, he asked "Well, what about tomorrow's plan? Are we going to city-"

"No!" Ira exclaimed with a serious look. "We are not going anywhere. How can you even think of going out in this state? You can't even leave your bed for atleast two days. You need rest and I will make sure that you are taking a good rest. I failed to take care of you but now i will give my best."

"O-ok." Viraaj was a bit surprised to see Ira's sudden seriousness. But he can't understand why she is blaming herself for his bad health. "But why are you saying that you failed to take care of me? You didn't failed at all. It's my own health that can't adjust with new atmosphere. You are the reason I felt so happy after such a long time. Since I fell sick, Dhishva didn't let me go out of my chamber. I was so done with it. But because of you, I got to come out of my chamber in a fresh air. I know you are worried for my health but don't blame yourself."

"T-That doesn't matter. You have to do as I say and I will be with you and take care of you." She said, not wanting Viraaj to know the actual reason she was blaming herself for.

Knock! Knock!

Ira and Viraaj looked at the door and found Raksheet standing there, waiting for their permission to enter in the chamber.

"Ah, Raksheet, please come in. You don't need my permission. You can come in whenever you want." Viraaj said and signalled Raksheet to come inside.

Raksheet smiled and nod. He walked inside towards Viraaj and stood beside his bed. "Grandfather, how are you feeling now? Please tell me if you need anything."

Viraaj chuckled "I am feeling better now. And as for what I need, I have already told Ira about that. I hope she will give it to me soon." He looked at Ira and she nod with shy smile.

Where on the other hand, Raksheet was standing all confused. What is it that Viraaj want? And Ira know about it?

"What is it grandfather?" He asked.

"Actually-" before Viraaj can embarrass Ira infront of Raksheet, she interrupted him.

"I will tell you later. Grandfather should sleep now. He need rest. Right grandfather?" She looked at Viraaj with pleading eyes to not embarrass her.

"Yes. I should sleep. Ira will tell you later." He said to Raksheet. Ira sighed in relief that he didn't said anything embarassing. Viraaj then looked at Ira and said "Don't forget to tell him. Ok?"

"Ok." Ira replied and got off from the bed.

"Father-in-law said he will sleep in your chamber tonight. He is with grandfather right now. He will come later. You can go to sleep first. Please call me if you need anything. There is a guard outside of your chamber. Tell him to call me whenever you want." Raksheet informed.

Viraaj nod as yes and lay down. Raksheet pulled the sheet over upto Viraaj's chest and blew out the candles beside his bed. He then left the chamber with Ira and half closed the door so that soldier can easily hear if Viraaj call him.

"Don't leave your place. At least until king Dhishva arrive to accompany his majesty. His safety is on your shoulder tonight. Don't disappoint me. Call me if something happens." Raksheet order the soldier standing guard outside Viraaj's chamber.

The soldier straightened his back and replied "Yes Sir! I will not disappoint you! I will inform you as soon as his majesty call you or something happens."

"One more thing, except for king Dhishva, my grandfather and father, don't allow anyone else to enter in the chamber. Except for these three, no one can enter inside the chamber. Remember that." Raksheet ordered again, this time his tone was serious that almost scared the soldier.

"Yes sir!" The soldier replied, trying not to show the fear and confusion on his face that why he don't want anyone else to enter in the chamber.

After that, Raksheet left from there with Ira.

"Why did you told him not to let anyone else enter in the chamber?" Ira asked on their way towards their chamber.

"Don't think too much. I am just testing him. Let's see if he obey my order and doesn't let anyone else enter in the chamber." Raksheet replied calmly.

"Don't do that again. You scared him. It's was clearly seen on his face."

"Ok. As you say dear." He kissed Ira's cheek quickly.

Ira slapped his arm and looked arround quickly, afraid that someone may see them. "Shameless! What if someone see us?"

Raksheet laughed on his wife's silly question "No one dare to look at us. And if our family members see us, they won't mind."

"Your family will not mind but mine family will. Father will call me shameless for sure and my grandmother and sister will taunt me for rest of my life!" She exclaimed with an annoyed face.

"What about your annoying brother? Won't he taunt you or make fun of you?" Raksheet asked teasingly.

"No, he will not do that." She said while faking a smile "In fact he will create a whole big scene to humiliate me." The fake smile dropped at the end, making Raksheet laugh out loud.
