Inside the Frost Palace, one week after Nox escaped solitary confinement.
"Hey, Shoji?" Shadow 3 said.
"Yeah?"
"How did we end up like this?" Shadow 3 asked shadow 1.
"I don't know!" Shadow 1 replied.
"HEY! Less chitchatting and more fanning please!" Nox said, sunbathing in a bikini while the two crossdressing assassin maids were fanning her with palm leaves.
Around them, prisoners of the Frost Palace could be seen relaxing and playing around the pool in the sunny weather, while the former guards were all wearing maid outfits, attending to their every whim and fancy. In just a single week Nox had transformed the worst prison in the world, into a luxury spa resort.
"Hm? Hey, could you move? You're blocking the sun!" Nox said to the figure hovering over her.
"Hehe! Are you enjoying yourself?" The figure asked in an amused tone.
"I would be, if you weren't blocking my sun! NOW SCRAM! You're ruining my tan!"
"As if the way you dress wasn't enough, but now you also want to ruin your perfect skin! I was right to worry about you!" The dark lord said, as he descended to the ground
He then pulled out a blanket and draped it over Nox's body.
"Hm? Oh! HEY GUYS! THE PIZZA IS HERE!" Nox shouted to get the attention of the various prisoners.
The moment they laid eyes on the dark lord the mood in the palace changed drastically. The prisoners who recognized him showed a mix of hate and fear on their faces. After all, many of the prisoners had been sent to the Frost Palace by this very man. Meanwhile, the maids looked towards their lord with hopeful eyes, as they believed he was the only person with the power to change things back to what they were.
"I think I'll start by gouging out the eyes of everyone here!" The dark lord said as he turned to face the crowd.
His bloodlust sent shivers down the spines of all the prisoners, who all went pale with fear, trying to plead with their eyes for Nox to do something. The maids on the other hand, seemed to let out a sigh of relief as they witnessed their lord's rage.
*Swoosh*
*Squelch*
"Huh? …! AAAAAHHH!"
However, the relief of the maids was soon turned to dread as they witnessed the dark lord swiftly rip out the left eye of a cross-dressing guard.
"M-My Lord! Th-That wasn't a prisoner!" One of the maids said, right before his eyes were gouged out.
"Hehe! HAHAHA! You degenerates dared to gaze upon the naked form of this great lord's woman! That is something I cannot forgive!" The dark lord spoke as he ripped out the man's other eye.
*CRACKLE**BOOM*
Just as the prisoners and maids looked about ready to run away, the dark lord was suddenly struck by a lightning bolt.
*CRACKLE**BOOM*
And then another, and another, and a few more. The lightning kept raining down repeatedly from the single cloud in the sky, hitting the same spot repeatedly. However, the dark lord being who he is was completely unharmed as the only thing it really did was knock him over while damaging his fancy clothes. He eventually turned to look at Nox who was repeatedly spamming a button on what looked like a TV remote.
This remote is one of the main reasons why none of the guards dared to rebel against Nox's orders. After enslaving Shadow 1 and 3, she had them place various climate altering artifacts made from the 12 gems of the zodiacs, around the Chaos Plain, and all of those artifacts can be triggered by a signal sent out by the remote in her hands effectively giving her full control over the biome. She could create floods, thunderstorms, hurricanes, and much more just by pressing a few buttons. She would effortlessly smite anyone brave enough to rebel, then if they survived, she would let the prisoners let off some steam by beating them to death, as many are still dissatisfied with her decision to not harm the maids.
"We here at the frozen pizza alliance resort have a no-abusing-the-maids policy! I'm sorry, but I will have to ask you to fuck off! Thank you for the pizza and have a shitty day!" Nox said as she started fiddling with the remote.
Seeing the dark lord being knocked down by the masked woman in a bikini, the prisoners and even some of the maids began looking upon her with reverence in their eyes as they started chanting.
"ALL HAIL THE FLAVOR SAVIOR!!!"
However, the chanting soon stopped once they saw the dark lord stand up without a scratch on his body.
"Noxy! Go put on some clothes! Now!" The dark lord said in an angry tone, as he glared at the crowd of onlookers.
"I am wearing clothes!"
*Swoosh*
"THAT IS NOT CLOTHING! NOW COME HERE!" The dark lord shouted as he teleported next to Nox in order to wrap her entire body in a fancy red blanket.
"Hmph! This bikini is the latest fashion in the afterlife! Now unwrap this cloth burrito you uncultured playboy!" Nox said as the dark lord carried the red cloth burrito over his shoulders.
The blanket he covered Nox in was in fact a legendary grade artifact made specifically to capture and restrain mages. The fabric is made from a variety of different materials that absorb elemental energy, which makes it extremely difficult to cast spells. Additionally, it classifies as a spirit weapon after being permanently infused with a type of aura that inhibits the use of spirit magic.
Seeing this, the crowd began to disperse as no one wanted to stick around to get their eyes ripped out by the dark lord himself. However, …

"SURRENDER OR DIE!"
Just as they tried to leave the area, a bunch of soldiers came bursting through the walls of the Frost Palace and surrounded them.
"HM? HEY! WHO SAID YOU COULD USE MY TUNNELS?! I WORKED HARD ON THOSE!!!" The cloth burrito shouted.
During her stay in the Frost Palace, Nox had dug various tunnels and secret passages throughout the prison. It was how she got around the place without being noticed by the guards during her time in solitary confinement. However, what she didn't know was that a certain escape tunnel hidden by illusions was discovered, due to an investigation on how a certain prisoner nr. 0358 was spotted on the 2nd moon. The day after Nox took over the prison, she littered the borders of the chaos plain with natural disasters using her special weather remote to prevent anyone from invading her new resort. Unfortunately, she seemed to have left her tunnels unguarded, allowing for the dark lord's forces to sneak through her defenses.
"My lord! We have captured the-!"
"Apprehend those traitors as well!" The dark lord said as he pointed at the guards in maid outfits.
"But my lord, they-!"
"Did I stutter?!" The dark lord said as he oozed with bloodlust.
"I-I-It shall be done!" The reluctant soldier stuttered out, in terror.
"Good! Make sure you remove all their eyes once the Frost Palace is back to normal!"
"Yes!"
