Chapter 16 - Chapter 16: You are developing towards a tyrant

 "The leader, someone has died."

Lilith, who was hunting in the forest, felt a tightness in her heart and asked: "Who died?"

 "Silas."

 "How did he die?"

"We discovered a very powerful red cloud leopard over there, and we couldn't defeat it, so we came to find the leader. Others have already rushed over there."

Lilith went over and found that the members of the guild were scattered all around, some in groups of three or two, barely able to resist the attack of the red cloud leopard. It was a cheeta with red clouds on its body, extremely fast, able to jump to a tree in one leap and then attack the surrounding humans in a "mountain falling on top" manner.

 "Be careful, Wilson!"

Wilson held a knife in his right hand and a wooden sign made by himself in his left hand, gritting his teeth and desperately blocking the falling red cloud leopard. The wooden sign was torn apart with a snap... Wilson rolled away on the ground to dodge. "What kind of monster is this? It's too strong!"

The agility of the red cloud leopard exceeded Wilson's, quickly changing its position to press over, trying to tear Wilson apart. Lilith ran over, swinging her battle knife with effort, slashingly at the side abdomen of the red cloud leopard.

"Lilith, you're just in time. This thing can't be shot through by guns, nor can it be hacked open by knives, it's incredibly strong!"

Indeed, the red cloud leopard survived Lilith's strike without any damage, padding around on the grass, with a bright red foam at the corner of its mouth. But Lilith knew that the red cloud leopard was strong in speed and attack power, not as exaggerated as Wilson said about its defense.

Next, Lilith fought it in an alternating way, occasionally hacking at it, gradually exhausting it. Others were also helping out, reducing the pressure significantly.

"It's no wonder that Lilith is so strong, waking up with us and landing on the planet together, but she's like a seasoned special forces soldier, far too strong."

The red cloud leopard that was overwhelming dozens of people was surprisingly on par with Lilith, unable to distinguish victory from defeat.

At the same time, Damian, ten li away, was surprised to find that his chosen location was so close to Lilith's scientific guild.

"Should I get in touch with them?" He muttered to himself.

[Flying Fish has analyzed the master's psychological state. You need peers, otherwise there is a risk of developing into a tyrant.]

"A tyrant emerges from here?" Damian said unhappily. After thinking carefully, without revealing his identity, he could go wherever he wanted and talk to whomever he wanted. He didn't need any taboos. The train had been sailing for half a month, and Damian chatted with Flying Fish every day in the cockpit, feeling quite lonely.

"Flying Fish, register a guild for me, name it Red Sun, keeping the ranking around the hundredth. Let me appear on both the extraordinary list and the rich list, ranking around the thousandth."

"All robots, spread out, no orders from me, don't approach anyone else."

"Change my pistol and bronze battle axe, that would be more reasonable."

Damian enthusiastically made changes to himself until he looked no different from an ordinary passenger.

[Detected that the scientific guild is fighting against a second-tier star beast, with two deaths.]

"Archive the information of the deceased," Damian said indifferently. Deaths were common, he had long since anticipated. In his view, being able to survive half of the million people now was considered lucky.

Ten minutes later, Damian arrived near the battlefield of the scientific guild. Through Flying Fish's information, he could obtain the live scene. Lilith was still fighting with the red cloud leopard and gradually falling behind. "She wants to wear down the red cloud leopard's strength, but in fact, it's much stronger than her. Flying Fish, can I defeat it?" Damian was excited and eager to try.

[The owner's combat power is stronger than the red cloud leopard, you can easily defeat it.]

[Your private spaceship is hovering in the air, a particle gun has already locked onto the target, once the owner is in any danger, I will kill it.]

"Very secure, I'll go then," Damian wore space boots on his feet, which could accelerate actively when running, shooting into the battlefield like a lightning bolt.

At this moment, Lilith was gradually exhausted and signaled others to take turns. "We'll play a rotating battle to wear it out. Kairo, you and a few others block that way, absolutely don't let this guy run away." Lilith had confirmed that the red cloud leopard was a second-level beast and if killed, it would definitely fetch a high price back home, she was looking forward to it.

However, just as they prepared to switch positions, a blue figure rushed over. The battle axe chopped down, actually cutting off the front leg of the red cloud leopard. The red cloud leopard's pupils constricted, dragging its injured leg back and preparing to flee.

"Who is this? Such fast speed."

"He's back again! Damn it, are you sure he's holding a bronze battle axe? Why can he break through the defense of the red cloud leopard?"

People exclaimed in surprise, but only Lilith stood there staring blankly for a long time. "Damian...?"

Hearing the trembling call, Damian turned his head to glare at her before saying harshly, "Can't you think? If you can't beat it, run away! Just stay alive. You can have all the resources you want in the future if you live. But if you die, even if you were given the entire universe, it would be useless." His tone was familiar, but more authoritarian than before, causing Lilith to feel a bit panicked.

Damian ignored her and others' excitement and dealt with the red cloud leopard in a few moves, pushing it to the corner and killing it with one stroke. "Cool!" This time, without using any weapons beyond his level, Damian defeated the red cloud leopard purely by his own strength.

[In fact, the red cloud leopard only had thirty percent of its strength remaining. Even without your help, they could have killed it.]

"Shut up for ten minutes! You're not a mute!" Damian took a short break and then Lilith and others surrounded him. "Damian, how did you come here? Are you alone?" Lilith blushed with excitement and spoke incoherently.

"Of course not alone. I'm in the first carriage, with my own guild. Wilson, Kairo, Jasper, just be alive." Although he knew their existence every day, it was only now that true contact made Damian feel comfortable. Humans are social animals; only by blending into society can they become whole individuals.

Wilson gave Damian a hug that lasted a long time before letting go. "Damian, why did you go to the first carriage? We thought you had died in the dorm."

"I was also one of the first to discover the crisis. How could I die easily? There were too many people around and we got separated. Later, I took a school bus directly to the airport, so I got separated from everyone else."

Jasper looked envious: "You're really lucky, Chen. You don't know, we almost didn't make it." He suddenly lowered his voice and said nearby, "Damian has been talking about you non-stop lately, almost obsessed." This wasn't whispering; everyone around heard it clearly, causing Lilith to give him a kick and the atmosphere gradually became lively.

Damian didn't have more thoughts and just integrated himself into their lives. Next, they worked together to load the red cloud leopard's body onto the spaceship.

"Damian, where's your team?" Lilith asked after some small talks.

"My team won't come over here to avoid conflicts, you understand."
