A look of confusion crossed Nisha’s face as he was about to speak when, without warning, someone pressed down on his head.
The room seemed to spin for a moment, and then his cheek was firmly stuck to the sticky table, immobile.
“U-urgh!”
“I won’t harm you for now if you keep still.”
Uriel held Nisha’s head down while securing his arms.
“What in the…”
Everything happened so swiftly, and Uriel was so overpowering that Nisha couldn’t resist before finding himself bound and unceremoniously tossed into a corner of the gambling establishment.
“T-These bastards…! Baron! Arrest him immediately!”
Gareth widened his eyes and looked at Baron Aaron, who merely signaled for the spectators to step back and made no effort to halt Uriel’s actions.
From his composed demeanor, it was evident that the Baron had already known what Uriel was going to do.
