I spent a total of five hours to get back to Helix.
Immediately I got into Helix I headed for Lord Kai's place I didn't see any need to rest I just wanted to hurry up and leave Helix before I do something stupid.
The difference in the time Zone between Dystopia and Helix also helped.
When I got to lord Kai's place I was stopped at the gate for a check-up even though I was a top agent I wasn't exempted from such treatment this was Lord Kai we were talking about one couldn't be more careful with him.
Heaven knew if anything happened to him today Helix would be thrown in Chaos and all the Enemies he had gained over the years would take the opportunity to obliterate Helix from existence.
So again one couldn't be more careful when it came to lord Kai.
I was carried to a waiting room after the inspection and after a while a fine looking young man came to get me.
"Agent Specter its a pleasure to finally meet you I'm Nathan and I'll be your guide today"
Specter was the name I went by in SPECTRA eventually people started addressing me as that not many people knew my real name only people like Louis and Axel and probably some other people I didn't remember.
"Hello the pleasure is mine" I replied flashing him a faint smile while trying to push down the thoughts of Axel that were trying to infiltrate my mind just when I was finally getting myself I just had to think about him again.
"Shall we then" he gesture for me to walk and I nodded walking ahead of him he soon caught up and very soon he we were walking side by side.
Meanwhile I was curiously looking around Lord kai's place was more than huge I have heard about how extravagant he can be but there was a difference between seeing something with your own two eyes and hearing about it.
I have seen a lot of extravagance place or things because of my work as a special agent and spy but lord Kai's place was on a whole norther level.
We were currently on the last floor Lord Kai's office would probably on the top floor if the last floor was like this then how would the top floor be.
This floor was just like a waiting room but even for a waiting room it was something there were different room I guess for people of different ranking.
I had thought that my room was the best here but my thoughts were terribly wrong.
The room I was in was almost like a suite it had a queen sized bed in it and an amazing view there was also a personal maid offered to me for when I needed something although I had sent her back.
I really didn't see the essence of such treatment if I didn't know better I would think Lord Kai was running a hotel here.
But I get it a lot of important guest came here everyday so it was of utmost importance that they were treated probably.
"We will be taking the elevator to the get to the top floor where Lord Kai will be waiting for you" Nathan said interrupting my thoughts I just gave a curt nod and followed him as we headed for the elevator it didn't take long for us to reach it.
I had wanted to see how the other floors would look like but I guess I would have to use my imagination for that one.
The ride in the elevator to the top floor was a long and quiet one I had wanted to ask Nathan if he had any idea why Lord Kai had sent for me but I decided against it if Louis didn't know then he wouldn't.
Of course there was also the possibility that louis had lied to me it was something that he would not hesitate to do. "That Guy" I thought shaking my head.
However the chiming of the elevator followed by a voice announcing our arrival to the top floor pulled me out of my thoughts.
"We have arrived Lord Kai will be waiting for you this is where ill take my leave it was a pleasure seeing you Agent Specter" I heard Nathan say as soon as I got off from the Elevator.
I wanted to say something but the Elevator had already closed probably heading down for the last floor again.
I slowly turned back I was glad I didn't have to find Lord Kai's office because on this floor there was only one room and I didn't need a seer to tell me who it belonged to.
I steadily walked towards it and very soon I was standing in front of the door this time I didn't waste anytime with unnecessary thoughts and just went in and in there was the most breath taking Man I had ever seen that is after Axel of course.
Lord Kai was the type a girl would kill to have I had only ever heard of his beauty but seeing it was another thing.
He was currently standing and watching something from the view in his office with his hands in the pockets of his pants his unusual fiery red hair was packed in a messy bun few strands let loose.
I could tell he had been wearing a suit before although now it was currently hanged while he folded the hands of his shirt showcasing his veiny like hands.
He seemed to have finally noticed my gaze cause he turned to face me with the sweetest smile playing on his lips I almost forgot how to breath when I saw his face.
I could already tell he was good looking from just his back alone but when he turned...
"Its good to finally meet you Agent Specter although I think you might end up removing me from existence with your eyes" I felt a small blush slowly creep on my face at his words I immediately turned away from him trying to hide my face.
I cleared my throat a little to hide the embarrassment.
"its good to see you too Lord Kai I wasn't looking at you I was looking outside the view here is amazing" I said turning to face him back when I heard him chuckle.
At this rate my heart would really jump out of its cage.
"Of course you were" he said amidst his chuckle.
"Why have you called for me?" I asked partly to hide my embarrassment and partly to satisfy my curiosity I watched as his smile slowly fade and he sighed.
"Straight to business I see seems like what Louis said about you is true you're really no fun" I rolled my eyes at the mention of Louis name am sure he would have said tons of things about me.
No but seriously what is it when all the handsome men I have meet telling me I'm no fun should I start playing more the mere thought of that made me shudder uneasily.
"I'm sure you are curious as to why your here" I nodded I am indeed very curious suddenly being told to leave Dystopia to Helix because of him why wouldn't I?
"Well, I would like you to help me look into something for me and you are the only person that is fit for the job" okay now I was all ears
"I need you to meet up with Axel and Find out what he has been doing" The surprise I felt couldn't be hidden I was beyond dumbfounded.
"I know I am asking for much, but Louis said you and Axel had something before and I really can't find anyone I can trust other than you I..."
"With all due respect sir, I will do no such thing" I cut off stopping him mid-way I couldn't believe my ears no you mean to tell me I left Dystopia for this nonsense seriously Louis I would have a long talk with him when I got back to Dystopia.
Yes, I know I wanted to see but still not under this circumstance.
"If that's all I will take my leave I still have unfinished business in Dystopia" I said and turned to leave.
"Axel is bringing back robots" I halted when I heard what he said and turned abruptly to face him.
"What did you just say?" I asked today was really full of surprises.
"You heard me" he replied
"And you know this how?" I asked he stayed quiet for a while before sighing.
"We have been watching all our tech scientist for a while in fear of this we would have not noticed him he was very meticulous but some of the things he was getting couldn't just be for his usual techs" he replied making me shake my head.
"That still makes no sense scientist by all type of odd things every day he could just be experimenting on another project it doesn't justify how you know" I replied.
I was right scientist were known to getting all kind of unusual things Axel was no different Lord Kai was just being paranoid it seems like the rumours was true.
But what I heard next stunned me to the core.
"I am also a robot" My eyes widened at this revelation they were so big I feared they would fall.
