"Don't be angry. I know your life isn't easy," Tony said. "Am I the kind of person who tricks his friends?"
He said that, and I really couldn't argue; after all, my life was really tight before, and he wasn't wrong.
I smiled helplessly, changed the subject, and saw his badge. "TT Media."
"Which department are you in?" I asked.
"I only joined the marketing department two months ago, so it doesn't feel like a permanent position for me," he expressed. "The constant back-and-forth demands are pushing me to the brink of madness; I haven't been able to secure any deals successfully yet. If this continues, I may consider quietly returning to my hometown."
I patted his shoulder and comforted him, "I was the same before; you'll get used to it."
