A heavy silence hung in the air until one Ink Sea Dragon finally spoke coldly. "That woman borrowed power from the formation, and by the end… it looked like she'd grasped the Super Law, Surging Waves."
Another elder nodded grimly. "Indeed. That formation was created by an Ink Sea Dragon from ten thousand years ago, a true master of Surging Waves. The formation itself carries a trace of that Law's True Meaning."
"No one expected she'd use that trace to forcefully comprehend the Law." He exhaled sharply. "We all underestimated her."
"Now that she's mastered a Super Law, our subordinates can't possibly deal with her."
All eyes turned toward the red-haired Ink Sea Dragon sitting in the center.
The oldest among them made the decision. "Mo Han, if you still can't take her down this time, the Ink Sea Dragon Palace will lose every bit of face it has! The other three factions are already watching from the shadows, waiting to see the final outcome. We must win back our dignity—and we must do it cleanly!"
The red-haired dragon, Mo Han, stood slowly. His face showed no emotion. "This time, I'll go personally."
"For safety's sake, Mo Xiao and Mo You, you two will go with him. A beast tide's useless against someone like that. The three of you will strike together, and you must capture her immediately!
Otherwise, when Lóngzūn comes out of seclusion and learns that we couldn't even handle a single woman, he'll be furious."
"Yes, Elder," the three dragons answered in unison.
After a brief preparation, they set out at once.
"Elder, do you think they'll succeed?" one younger dragon asked nervously.
The elder narrowed his eyes. "Mo Xiao and Mo You both command the Super Law, Water's Restoration. As for Mo Han, he's mastered three entire Super Laws: Surging Waves, Extreme Ice, and Control of Water Element. All three are offensive Laws. With Mo Xiao and Mo You supporting him, unless she's someone on the level of Lóngzūn himself, who could possibly withstand them?"
If the woman truly was a peak-level powerhouse like Lóngzūn, then there was nothing more to be done—they'd just wait for Lóngzūn to handle her personally.

But Mo Han didn't relax. With the Control of Water Element, he held absolute dominion over the ocean around them. Then, combining it with Surging Waves, the tip of his spear gleamed with a deep blue light. Its power rose to the very peak.
All three Laws—Extreme Ice, Control of Water Element, and Surging Waves—flared at once. He meant to obliterate Yun Jin in a single strike!
