---
At Evening of the same day, Min-Jae sat at the couch of his living room scrolling through internet, going through news and videos of his press conference that went viral.
Especially the one where teleported instantly after the reporter asked to showcase his ability.
In any case , everything was going smoothly for him until now without any disrupt to his new life.
"Catch It..." Cha Hai-In walked in the living room as he threw a can of soda toward Min-Jae, who caught it effortlessly with a flick of his wrist, not even looking up from his phone. As Infinity technique slowing the can's trajectory just enough for a smooth catch.
He popped it open and took a sip, the cold fizz cutting through the haze of his thoughts."Thanks," he said, glancing at Cha Hae-In as she flopped onto the couch across from him, in her casual attire— simple white tank top and cozy black drawstring shorts, her platinum blonde hair loosely tousled and falling just past her shoulders.
"How does it feel to become a Hunter?"
"Well, of course it feels great to become a Hunter. But honestly, I think it'll feel truly good after I complete my first raid. Then I can say for sure if it's actually as good as I imagined."
"There's nothing to be nervous about it though," she said, taking a sip from her can. "You won't be sent into an A-Rank or S-Rank dungeon right from the start. Your first raid will be a B-Rank. That's pretty basic. Plus, you'll have a solid team of capable Hunters with you."
"Yeah... I guess I'll find out on the day of the raid."
"Next, you need to think about your raid gear. What kind of gear do you want?" she asked. Min-Jae stayed quiet for a few moments, so she continued, "I already told you to look things up online. Did you check?"
"Actually, I've decided that I don't need to wear gear or carry artifacts. I mean, I have Infinity—the defense ability I told you about. Nothing can touch me anyway, so there's no point in carrying heavy gear or artifacts."
"What about weapon ?"
"Don't Need that Either. My Magic Arsenal that I have would be enough for me without any single problem I am certain." Min-Jae Replied. "but, wait... What about the Jeju Island Raid everyone is talking about ? When will it begin ?"
"The Japanese Hunter Team will arrive, and after discussing with them the date will be decided." Cha Hair-In Replied. "Why ? Are you thinking about joining or something ?"
"I am not sure. I am just asking for basic knowledge about the situation. Nothing else." Min-Jae Replied. But in reality, he wanted to know when the Jeju island raid will begin, and if Sung Jin-woo was going to join in or not in this raid. His decision of joining or not joining depends on that mostly.
"The raid is going to be deceive for the future of this country. 3 failed raids acclimated. Each time the ants grown in power, it's almost certain that this time the ants will grow further as well."
"Yeah, I watched in news that a single ant killed many people near the Jeju island." Min-Jae said, but in actually he watched that in one of the last episodes of season 2 that he watched, before getting in this universe.
"Yes. That's why this raid has become a necessary at this point." Cha Hair-In Replied.
"But, aren't we telling the world that we are weak by taking help from our neighboring country for the raid ?"
"Succession of the raid is more important than looking strong or weak. If we don't end it now the whole country will be at risk. Not just ours, Japan and possibly China too." Said Cha Hai-In, as her face expression changed to more serious and determination shown in her eyes, "And no matter who ends it, only thing that matters is to end the ants at the island no matter what, or by whom."
"Understood!" Min-Jae nodded. 'See, her character and personality is awesome, it's just the stupid solo leveling author , who doesn't care about her character, and shown very little about her until now. How stupid.' Min-Jae Thought, as he shifted his focus to his drink in hand.
Next Day, he had a raid to go for.
And show off his abilities in front of everyone.
