As Min-Jae returned home and sat back on the sofa, holding a bottle of water, he received a phone call from his sister.
"Hello, you're calling now? I thought you were supposed to take part in a raid today," Min-Jae asked immediately after picking up the call.
"I am at the raid location right now. We'll be entering in a few minutes. I just saw the short press conference you did outside the Hunter Association building. You handled it really well," his sister, Cha Hai-In, replied.
"Yeah, though I have to say, the questions were quite boring. They could have asked more interesting ones," Min-Jae commented.
Cha Hai-In chuckled slightly, "So, it seems everything went well. I'll meet you this afternoon then. Until then, take some rest."
"Rest? I have a brilliant idea. Want to hear it?" Min-Jae asked excitedly.
"What is it? I'm a bit short on time now, so make it quick," Cha Hai-In responded.
"Well, I've already become a hunter and got my license. What if I come there now and do my first raid with you? Isn't it a great idea?" Min-Jae suggested.
"No, that's not going to happen. The team is ready to start the raid, and the location is too far from home. You'll have to wait a few days for your first raid," Cha Hai-In said firmly.
"Ugh... You're no fun. Bye, and have a safe raid," Min-Jae grumbled.
"Thanks," Cha Hai-In said, ending the call.
Min-Jae put his phone aside and turned on the TV. "Let's watch some anime... Inside an anime universe, that would be fun," he said to himself.

As the evening approached, Cha Hai-In had already returned from her mission. It was time to discuss which guild Min-Jae would join.
"If the guild is willing to accept me, I am ready to join as well," Min-Jae responded to Cha Hai-In's proposal.
"Of course the guild wants you to join. I've already spoken with the guild master, and we have a plan in place for you," Cha Hai-In assured.
"A plan for me? What do you mean by that?" Min-Jae inquired.
"The Hunters Guild has two raid teams - Team A and Team B. Team A is led by the guild master, with me and other A-Rank and some B-Rank hunters. Team B consists of high-ranking hunters, ranging from A-Rank to a few D-Rank, but no S-Rank hunters currently," Cha Hai-In explained.
"Wait, so you want me to join the B Team?" Min-Jae asked.
"Yes, that's the plan," Cha Hai-In confirmed.
"Well, I'm in either way," Min-Jae agreed.
In fact, being on the B Team was something he preferred, as it would allow him to work alongside his favorite female character.
"Then, I will start working on the paperwork for your joining the Hunters Guild, discussing it with the guild master," Cha Hai-In said.
"Sounds good to me," Min-Jae responded.
With that, the discussion about his guild membership was concluded, and it was confirmed that Min-Jae would be joining the Hunters Guild, becoming the third S-Rank hunter in the guild. This would make the Hunters Guild the only guild in the country to have three S-Rank hunters.
After that, the conversation between the siblings shifted to casual discussions about their day and other normal topics.

The next day, both Cha Hai-In and Min-Jae arrived at the Hunter Guild's headquarters for the contract signing. They had previously spoken with the Guild Master and confirmed that Min-Jae would be signing with the Hunters Guild.
"So, when will I receive my first mission after signing the contract?" Min-Jae asked as they entered the guild building. The staff members respectfully bowed as Cha Hai-In walked in, and a buzz of discussion and gossip began around them, about the 11th S-Rank Hunter being present to potentially sign with the guild.
"Soon enough," Cha Hai-In replied as they stepped into the elevator.
"From tomorrow?" Min-Jae inquired.
"You'll find out after you sign the contract," Cha Hai-In responded.
After a few minutes, they reached the meeting room where they were to discuss the contract and where Min-Jae would meet the Guild Master of the guild he was about to join. Knocking on the door, they both entered the room simultaneously.
"Welcome, Hunter Cha, and I mean both of you," greeted the young man sitting at the desk. He had red hair styled in a parted curtain over the left side of his face, wore glasses, and was dressed in a business suit. He stood up from his chair and extended his hand for a handshake towards Min-Jae, who nodded and shook his hand.
"Nice to meet you, Min-Jae. I'm Choi Jong-in, and Hunter Cha has probably already told you about me," the young man said.
"Nice to meet you too. And yes, she mentioned you, though even without that, you have quite a reputation that's hard not to know about," Min-Jae replied.
Min-Jae's eyes then shifted to the other man standing next to Choi Jong-in. This man was wearing a white suit and had spiky black hair. Choi Jong-in noticed Min-Jae's gaze and introduced him.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Hunter Min-Jae. I am Son Kihoon, also a Hunter," the man said with a friendly smile as he stepped forward and extended his hand.
"The pleasure is mine," Min-Jae responded, matching Son Kihoon's friendly smile as he shook the man's hand.
Son Kihoon gave Min-Jae a quick nod, his smile lingering for a moment before he turned to Choi Jong-In. "I'll head out now, Guild Master. Got some prep to do for the next raid. Hunter Min-Jae, looking forward to seeing you in action soon."
"Likewise," Min-Jae replied, keeping his tone light but respectful. Son Kihoon gave a slight nod to Cha Hae-In before slipping out of the room, the door clicking softly behind him.
Choi Jong-In gestured toward the chairs across from his desk. "Please, take a seat. Let's get this sorted out." He sat back down, adjusting his glasses as he pulled a sleek folder from a drawer.
Cha Hae-In and Min-Jae settled into the chairs, the atmosphere shifting to one of focused discussion."So," Choi began, flipping open the folder to reveal a neatly printed contract, "we've already gone over the basics with Hunter Cha Hae-In, but I want to make sure you're clear on everything, Min-Jae. The Hunters Guild is thrilled to have you on board, especially as our third S-Rank. It's a big deal—not just for us, but for the whole country."
Min-Jae's enthusiasm was palpable as he spoke, his voice brimming with excitement. "I'm absolutely certain about this," he said, a wide grin spreading across his face. "And I can't wait to join the guild's raids. It's going to be incredible!"
With that, the conversation shifted to the nitty-gritty of the agreement. They went over the contract clause by clause, discussing every detail carefully to ensure clarity. Min-Jae listened intently, asking questions when needed, his focus unwavering as the terms were laid out before him.
After thorough deliberation, the moment arrived to seal the deal. Min-Jae took a deep breath, his hand steady as he signed his name on the dotted line. With that final stroke of the pen, it was official: Min-Jae was now a proud Hunter of The Hunters Guild, marking his place as the third S-Rank member to join their ranks.
