(Soon, the inside of the volcano cracks more and the steam begins to escape through the cracks.)
(The rocks fall into the lava, and the lava begins to fall into the pool, much to everyone's terror.)
(Soon, the battlefield begins to fall into the pool with Magmar still on it, but Magmar jumps off as the battlefield touches the lava.)
Blaine: "My gym is destroyed!"
(Blaine says.)
(Soon, Team Rocket begins to panic.)
Meowth: "Hey! You know where we are?"
(Meowth panics.)
James: "Between a rock.."
(James says, scared.)
Jessie: "And a very hot place!"
(Jessie screams.)
(Soon, Team Rocket is sent blasting off by the rock.)
(they're standing on and the large amount of steam pushing them up.)
(Team Rocket screams.)
Team Rocket: "Looks like Team Rocket's freeze blasting off again!"
(Soon, the rocks everyone is standing on begins to slide all over the place.)
(The lava soon begins to gush out of the large cracks in the wall.)
(Blaine notices it.)
Blaine: "Oh no! Lava's starting to burst through the cracks! I'm afraid it's only a matter of minutes until the volcano blows!"
Brock: "What can we do?!"
(Brock asks.)
Pikachu: "Pikachu!" (Stop it fast!)
(Pikachu says.)
Eevee: "Eevee Eev!" (Before the place blows up!)
(Eevee says.)
Mew: "Pikachu and Eevee say that we need to stop it fast before the volcano blows it,"
(Mew says.)
(Misty screams.)
Misty: "They don't need to tell us twice."
(Blaine turns to Magmar.)
Blaine: "Magmar, if you pile up rocks in the crater, it might be enough to block the lava flow!"
(Soon, Pikachu and Eevee begin to do the job themselves.)
(They each carry the rock to the edge where the large crack is.)
(But Blaine stops them.)
Blaine: "Wait! Only a fire type Pokemon can withstand the heat from that lava!"
Mew: "A fire type Pokemon?"
(Mew replies.)
(Mew then calls out.)
Mew: "Charizard, I choose you!"
(With that, Charizard comes out.)
Mew: "Charizard, help Magmar to block the crater and stop the lava flow!"
(Charizard nods his head and begins to work on the situation with the rocks.)
(He picks up the rocks with Magmar and throws them into the lava.)
(The two Pokemon continue to throw rocks down into the lava to stop it flowing.)
(but there are too many coming out.)
Misty: "It's not working! Let's run for it!"
(Misty says.)
Blaine: "When the volcano blows, there won't be any place to run. If Magmar can't stop it, this island will be destroyed,"
(Blaine says.)
Brock: "We've got to do something!"
(Brock says.)
Mew: "We're going to need more help,"
(Mew says.)
(Brock then brings out his Pokemon.)
Brock: "Okay, Onix, Rhyhorn, and Geodude, rock Pokemon can take heat! I'll bring out Slugma and Vulpix to help out as well. Go!"
(Mew then brings out.)
Mew: "Cinderace, Pansear. Arcanine. You help too!"
Tomo: "Growlithe. Ponyta. You too!"
(Tomo says.)
Misty: "And Staryu, you can help them all keep to cool while working. Go!"
(Misty says, and tosses her Pokeball.)
Mew: "You too, Squirtle!"
(Mew says, and throws her other Pokeball.)
(Pikachu and Eevee quickly instruct the others what they need to do.)
(Then they head off to work.)
(All the fire type and Rock Pokemon, including Pikachu and Eevee put the rocks into the lava.)
(Squirtle and Staryu help spray the rock Pokemon, Eevee, and Pikachu who are close to the lava.)
Mew: "Now, that's what I call teamwork!"
(Mew says.)
Misty: "They're all working together!"
(Misty happily says.)
(Brock says.)
Brock: "Keep up the good work!"
Tomo: "Go Go!"
(Tomo calls out.)
(Suddenly, Misty notices Togepi is trying to help too.)
(but ends up losing his balance and falls into the lava.)
(But Misty quickly saves him.)
Misty: "Togepi!"
(She quickly pulls him up and says.)
Misty: "You're a little too little."
(Mew and the others watch as the Pokemon continue to throw the rocks down into the lava.)
(They continue to block the lava until the lava is no longer seeping through.)
(The rocks have formed into a wall where the lava is unable to get through.)
Mew: "You all were awesome,"
(Mew says.)
Brock: "That was too close,"
(Brock says.)
(Blaine walks over and says.)
Blaine: "I don't know how to thank you all."
Mew: "It's no trouble. We're glad to help,"
(Mew says.)
(Then Blaine says.)
Blaine: "I might actually know just the reward for you, and one last riddle for you. It's something that has a round and oval shape, comes in very different colors, and it's how Pokemon comes to this world."
Brock: "Another riddle?"
(Brock says, confused.)
Mew: "An Egg. A Pokemon Egg,"
(Mew says.)
Blaine: "You are correct,"
(Blaine says.)
(After the event with the volcano, the group is in front of the Big Riddle Inn.)
(Blaine hands Mew a Pokemon Egg.)
(The Pokemon Egg is light red color and on the bottom of the egg has a yellow pattern that is like fire.)
Blaine: "Here you go, one Pokemon Egg,"
(Blaine says.)
(Mew then takes the Egg.)
Mew: "Thank you."
(Then remember.)
Blaine: "By the way, we also found two more eggs that fell in the pool."
(Tomo then takes the two eggs out of his backpack and shows them.)
Blaine: "Those look interesting, never seen these ones before. But since you found them, they're yours to keep,"
(Blaine says.)
Tomo: "Thank you,"
(Tomo says.)
(Suddenly, both Pokemon Eggs begin to glow and soon crack.)
(Catching everyone's attention.)
(Soon enough, both of the Eggs Tomo is holding hatch.)
(One of them is a fuzzy, moth larva-like Pokémon.)
(It has blue eyes in a shadowed face.)
(Its white mane of fuzz encompasses its head and the upper half of its body, while its lower half is brown.)
(It has three pairs of small black legs.)
(There are five red, slightly whorled horns on the sides of its head.)
(The other is a small, larval Pokémon. Most of its round white body is covered by a translucent shell of icy spikes.)
(Its exposed head features two black eyes and round mouthparts.)
(Four short legs are located underneath its body.)
Mew: "Aww, they're so cute,"
(Mew says.)
Misty: "I have to admit, they are cute, even though they're bug types,"
(Misty says.)
Brock: "But what are they?"
(Brock wonders.)
(Mew holds out the Pokedex to the fuzzy moth one and Dexter says.)
Dexter: "Larvesta, the Torch Pokemon. A Bug and Fire Type. Said to have been born from the sun, it spews fire from its horns and encases itself in a cocoon of fire when it evolves. This Pokemon Originated in the Unova Region.
Misty: "And what about the other one?"
(Misty asks.)
(Mew holds the Pokedex and Dexter says.)
Dexter: "Snom, the Worm Pokemon. And Ice and Bug Type. It spits out thread imbued with a frigid sort of energy and uses it to tie its body to branches, disguising itself as an icicle while it sleeps."
Tomo: "Hi Larvesta. Snom. It's nice to meet you,"
(Tomo happily says.)
(The two Pokemon look at Tomo and snuggle his cheeks.)
(One of his cheeks feels a little hot, and the other feels a bit cold.)
(Mew and the others giggle with glee.)
(Mew then says.)
Mew: "Now then, we just need to figure out where we can go for the next gym battle."
Brock: "Well, we could always go to the gym back in Viridian City,"
(Brock says.)
Mew: "I never knew about that. Did any of you?"
(Mew says, confused.)
Misty: "Everybody knows about that gym. Viridian is where Pokemon trainers go to try and earn their Earth badges,"
(Misty says.)
Mew: "Oh. I guess I never knew that because well, we kind of got off on a crazy adventure when we first met,"
(Mew says.)
(Misty says.)
Misty: "Yeah. Talk about a crazy first meeting."
Tomo: "How come?"
(Tomo asks.)
Mew: "Well, it's kind of a long story, but in short, it's kind of how Pikachu, Eevee, and I first met Misty on our way there. And at the Pokemon Center in Viridian City is where we first met Team Rocket,"
(Mew says.)
(She scratches the back of her head and nervously giggles.)
Mew: "And it's also happened when, well, Pikachu accidentally turned Misty's bike into burnt toast."
Misty: "Yeah. You're still gonna pay me back for it!"
(Misty says.)
Mew: "And I said I promised I'll find a way to pay for a new one,"
(Mew says.)
Misty: "I hope you will,"
(Misty says.)
(Then Mew says.)
Mew: "Come on, we better get going. It's off to Kanto and making our way to Viridian City."
(Mew then runs ahead.)
(Misty, Brock, Pikachu, and Eevee hurry after her.)
(Things have been very eventful, Mew has earned a Volcano Badge.)
(Tomo has two new Pokemons.)
(the group also gain living Prehistoric Pokemon from their fossils.)
(and they ended up with a relaxing time on the island.)
(Now, Mew and her friends are off to Viridian City.)
(so Mew can earn her eighth and final badge. As the journey continues.)
