(Soon after, the others move Mew and Squirtle away from the Blastoise and try to wake them up.)
(Brock gently moves her as he spoke.)
Brock: "Mew, Mew, can you hear me? Wake up, Mew! Wake up!"
Misty: "Keep trying,"
(Misty says.)
(But it's no use, as Brock says.)
Brock: "It's no good. She's out cold!"
Misty: "How could this have happened?"
(Misty asks.)
(Brock turns to the large shell.)
Brock: "I think it has something to do with that Blastoise over there."
(Tomo has an idea and turns to Pikachu.)
Tomo: "Pikachu, give them a Thunderbolt as an electric shock alarm clock!"
Pikachu: "Pi"! (Right!)
(Pikachu says.)
(With that, Pikachu uses Thunderbolt and ends up waking up Mew, Squirtle, and the rest of the Turtle Pokemon on the island, excluding Blastoise.)
(Mew sharks her head and says.)
Mew: "Woah! That was quite a shock!"
(Squirtle angrily turns to Pikachu.)
Squirtle: "Squirtle! Squirtle!" (That was NOT cool!)
Misty: "Are you okay, Mew?"
(Misty asks.)
Mew: "Guess I did doze off,"
(Mew says.)
Squirtle: "Squirtle," (Same here.)
(Squirtle says.)
Brock: "And Squirtle fell asleep right after you did, Mew,"
(Brock adds.)
Mew: "The same thing must have happened to Squirtle as to me and the girls. I heard this sound coming from Blastoise and fell asleep. Right?"
(Mew explains and turns to the Pokemon.)
Squirtle: "Squirtle," (Right.)
(Squirtle answers.)
Misty: "What kind of a sound?"
(Misty asks,)
Mew: "It sounds almost like something or someone was singing inside Blastoise,"
(Mew says.)
(Then turns to the turtle Pokemon.)
Mew: "You all heard the weird sound too, didn't you?"
(The Squirtle and Wartortle agree.)
Tomo: "What kind of signing was it?"
(Tomo asks.)
Mew: "It sounded something like this…"
(Mew says.)
(Then begins to sing.)
Mew:
Ra la la la
Ra la la la
Ra la la la
La la la
La la la
Ra la la la
Ra la la la

La la la
(Mew's Squirtle says.)
Squirtle: "Squirtle Squirtle!" (That's the music I heard too.)
Brock: "Hmm, what kind of Pokemon or something could make a sound like that?"
(Brock wonders.)
Misty: "Whatever it is, we need to find a way to wake up Blastoise,"
(Misty says.)
Tomo: "Let's do it,"
(Tomo says.)
(Everyone, including the Squirtle and Wartortle agree and cheer.)
(Meanwhile, Team Rocket is spying on them from their submarine.)
Jessie: "Looks like those brats have brought us right to a Blastoise bonanza!"
(Jessie says.)
James: "Not to mention all those other shell-icious Pokemon!"
(James says.)
(Meowth says.)
Meowth: "For a team of Pokemon thieves, this is like Fun-tasy Island!"
James: "Now all we have to do is grab Blastoise before it wakes up!"
(James says.)
Jessie: "Then boss will give us all promotions!"
(Jessie says happily.)
(Back on the island, the Wartortles and Squirtles explain to Mew about what has happened.)
(Since Mew and Tomo can understand Pokemon, they can tell the others.)
(Mew then says.)
Mew: "Let's see if I got the story straight. This island is the kingdom for Turtle Pokemon, who live under the rule of Blastoise, the Turtle Pokemon king."
(The Squirtle Pokemon nod their heads.)
Mew: "But a few days ago, Blastoise went to take a swim in the ocean, but it didn't swim back home,"
(Mew adds, and the Squirtle and Wartortle nod their heads, confirming it.)
Mew: "You all found Blastoise floating in the ocean, but when you dragged it ashore, you all wound up inside your shells, too,"
(Mew says.)
(Then turns to the Wartortle who have brought them here.)
Mew: "So when you saw what was happening, you headed to the mainland for help, then bumped into us."
Brock: "Is that the way it happened?"
(Brock asks.)
(The Squirtle and Wartortle confirm this.)
Misty: "Gee, people have searched for the Turtle Pokemon's breeding grounds for years. Could this really be it?"
(Misty asks, looking around the island.)
Brock: "Imagine all the stuff I could learn about Pokemon breeding if you're right!"
(Brock says, excited.)
(Wearing a doctor coat and holding a stethoscope, Brock leans to Blastoise.)
Brock: "Well, here's your first annual physical."
Mew: "Be careful, Brock,"
(Mew says.)
(Brock then begins to examine the shell for any signs.)
Mew: "How is it?"
(Mew asks.)
Brock: "I don't hear a thing,"
(Brock answers.)
(Suddenly, they hear a strange sound.)
Mew: "What was that?!"
(Mew asks.)
(Everyone quickly backs up in surprise as Blastoise begins to wake up.)
Misty: "Blastoise is waking up!"
(Misty says, surprised.)
(Blastoise soon wakes up, stands up, and lets out a yawn.)
(The Squirtle and Wartortle of the Island cheer happily to see their king again.)
Mew: "Looks like Blastoise was asleep, too,"
(Mew says.)
(Mew's Squirtle rushes to Blastoise and asks.)
Squirtle: "Squirtle Squirtle Squirtle Squirtle?" (Blastoise, what in the world happened? What made you fall asleep like that?)
Blastoise: "Blastoise Blastoise oise, blast," (I was swimming in the ocean, but I suddenly got sleepy after hearing this strange music.)
Mew: "Blastoise seems to have heard the music too, and fell asleep,"
(Mew says.)
(Blastoise's hydro cannons come out.)
(but one of the stalls instead of firing.)
(The group becomes confused when they see it.)
Mew: "What's wrong with your cannon, Blastoise?"
(Mew asks.)
(Blastoise begins to reach for the cannon, but his short arms can't reach.)
(Blastoise continues to force the cannon to move.)
(but then something sticks out of Blastoise cannon.)
(It looks like a light green sheet of hair with black lines and it has a light blue dot on it.)
Pikachu: "Pika?" (What in..?)
(Pikachu says, confused.)
(Eevee adds.)
Eevee: "Eevee?" (... the world is that?)
Brock: "What is that thing?"
(Brock asks.)
Misty: "Maybe that's the problem."
(Misty says.)
(Squirtle runs over to investigate and taps on it.)
(Just then, the thing comes out further to reveal the green sheet of hair is longer and has more light blue dots on it.)
(It soon reveals a black thing that looks like ears.)
(a blue gem in the middle, and it seems to have white under the hair.)
Tomo: "What is that thing?"
(Tomo asks.)
Mew: "I think there's a Pokemon stuck in Blastoise Cannon,"
(Mew says.)
Brock: "Then that means, whatever the Pokemon is, must have used Sing attack. That's what made Blastoise, Squirtle, Wartortle, and you feel asleep, Mew,"
(Brock says.)
Misty: "I wonder what Pokemon it is? I never seen one with green hair,"
(Misty wonders.)
