Chapter 156 - 156 Promotion In Diversity!

Above the Dark Dimension?

The Ancient One couldn't quite grasp what that meant… No — it wasn't just that she didn't understand how one could surpass the Dark Dimension — it was that such a thing should have been impossible.

Ruling the Dark Dimension meant gaining direct access to the Multiverse. Who could resist that temptation?

And if she put herself in his place… she wasn't even sure what choice she would make.

A few seconds later, her thoughts were cut short.

Everything before her eyes was swallowed by an overwhelming green light.

The entire world had turned green.

Her face went pale. An instinctive, almost primal urge to kneel surged through her.

She had felt this before — the overwhelming, indescribable pressure of the Eternal Will. And this was exactly the same.

Her eyes widened in horror as she stumbled back.

"This… this is impossible!" she gasped.

"Is he going to devour the Dark Dimension… to ascend directly into the Multiverse!?"

She understood now what it meant to stand above a dimension — but how he had done it was still beyond her comprehension.

Could he… be the reincarnation of Galactus, the Devourer of Worlds?

The Spiritual Ancient One's expression grew complicated.

"If I told you he only advanced to a full singularity being less than a month ago… would you believe it?"

The Ancient One's jaw dropped.

Even for a legend, this felt like an exaggeration beyond belief.

She couldn't wrap her head around it.

Suddenly, the entire Dark Dimension began to quake violently.

It had no will, but it had instincts.

It was afraid.

It trembled.

It wanted to submit — it didn't want to die.

But it was too late.

The endless green light contracted instantly into a singularity.

And then… the Dark Dimension vanished.

In its place was pure nothingness — a void outside the flow of time itself.

From this vantage, the two Ancient Ones could even see the cosmic barrier of reality in the "distance."

And beyond it… another bald-headed figure.

The Watcher spoke slowly:

"Russell… a very unique anomaly in the Multiverse.

"Before he appeared in Timeline 0132, there was no record of him in this universe.

"But Cagliostro clearly knew of him.

"It makes no sense… yet it's the truth.

"I strongly suspect he was never an ordinary man.

"Wherever he goes, destinies shift — sometimes for better, sometimes for worse. Naturally, he draws the attention of those who remain."

The Watcher's voice deepened.

"But Kang has lost. All of his plans have amounted to nothing, and Russell stands as the final victor.

"He has devoured the entirety of the Dark Dimension's energy with nothing but his own body — down to the last strand of cosmic fiber.

"This is unprecedented. Not only because the barriers between dimensions mean nothing to him… but because he now exists as a multidimensional being utterly beyond the suppression of reality — and beyond the reach of any other dimension.

"It's… remarkable.

"It's a pity no other Eternal has ever achieved an ascension like this.

"He is the first.

"Congratulations, Russell. You have just ascended to the ranks of the truly multidimensional. May you one day become… the only one."

As the Watcher's words faded, the green singularity in the void shattered — like a cosmic cocoon cracking open to release life from a higher dimension.

The two Ancient Ones could no longer see anything.

But they knew…

Somewhere beyond all worlds… something greater than reality itself now existed.

The next second, a pair of eyes that seemed to contain the entire universe opened.

An indescribable aura descended.

At that moment, all barriers between worlds trembled, and the Temporal Loom at the TVA suddenly shattered.

Every timeline resumed its natural flow.

Across the multiverse, intelligent beings felt something deep within their hearts — a feeling they could not describe. Without knowing why, they instinctively looked up toward the skies, sensing an invisible greatness watching over them.

They didn't understand why they acted this way — it was pure instinct.

But those who were hidden in the real world, beings with strong spiritual power who knew of the secret layers of existence, understood perfectly what was happening.

They were witnessing it.

At that moment, every conscious being in the real world — from the weakest mortal to the mightiest god — was witnessing the birth of a new higher-dimensional being.

And this ascension was not the result of a dimensional blessing, like those who rise to power through the influence of the Lords of Hell. No — this was a natural evolution, born of pure origin.

For one who ascends in this way, the witnessing itself becomes an unshakable anchor. They will never fall from the multidimensional realm unless they are destroyed completely.

The End of Time

In the endless void, Dormammu — the dreaded ruler of the Dark Dimension — suddenly convulsed.

He should have been suspended in timeless stasis forever, yet now his body began to collapse.

The very dark energy of the Dark Dimension abandoned him, scattering into nothingness.

Dormammu's form shrank, withering into a flame-wreathed necromancer barely two meters tall.

He… had been reduced in dimension.

In an instant, he fell so far that he couldn't even match the level of an Elder God.

The Sacred Timeline

Across every sacred temple, statues of Russell burst into blinding white light.

Countless believers dropped to their knees, praising the miracle made manifest.

In the timeline where Supreme Tony Stark reigned, the great World Tree revealed itself fully, its misty branches swaying as if in celebration.

All the gods raised their eyes.

They felt a breath they recognized — and with it came an endless shock.

The one who had slain the King of Terror… had now become a true god, beyond mortal sight, beyond the very world itself.

Hell Dimension 477

Mephisto rose abruptly from his crimson throne, staring at the dimming skies in disbelief, muttering over and over:

"How is this possible?

"It's only been a short time… How can he ascend to the multiverse from pure origin?

"This is wrong… This is wrong!"

Below him, countless lesser demons and specters cowered in terror.

Never before had they seen their great lord so out of control — his fury and panic flooding the entire dimension.

The Black Magic Dimension

A massive shadow blotted out the skies, roiling violently and letting out a roar so deep it made the whole realm quake.

The Lord of the Black Magic Dimension had not only seen Russell's promotion — he could feel the pressure of true multidimensional divinity pressing down upon him, and for the first time, he felt a crisis he could not ignore.

He — Chthon, ancient god of chaos — the most feared enemy of fate, roared in denial:

"No!

"Eternity couldn't kill me — and neither can you!"
