City of Midgard.
Agares sat alone in the living room of his house. Aoi had long fallen asleep in her own bed, undisturbed by anything. Her bed was located in Agares's room.
Even so, Agares showed no signs of drowsiness. He glanced upward at the wall clock. It was 1 AM. The city had grown silent.
"Fox race… where should I even begin to find them?"
"The last thing I remember about the Kitsune is that the Clovis Kingdom invaded their lands."
"Sigh"
"It's unlikely any of them are still in this city."
His mind kept racing for a way to find them. This city was made up of many different races—humans and demonkind had worked together to build a place that was suitable for all.
"Maybe Goro knows something about someone from the fox race."
Agares stood up and headed for the door. Without waking Aoi, he quietly left his home and made his way back to Goro's tavern.
