Milenia's Residence.
In the middle of the night, while everyone in Milenia's residence was fast asleep, someone suddenly woke up from a long coma.
That's right! It was Agares.
After two weeks in a coma, he could see how his body had thinned out due to the lack of nutrients.
His body had stayed hydrated thanks to Milenia's diligent care. She had been sitting Agares up and spoon-feeding him water, bit by bit, even in his unconscious state.
"Where... am I?" Agares whispered.
He turned his head, spotting a pitcher and glass on the nightstand beside the bed. Rolling to the side to reach for the pitcher, his weak hand instead knocked it over.
CLANG!
The ceramic pitcher shattered, spilling its contents. In the silent night, the sound echoed clearly. Milenia woke up when she heard it.
"What was that?" she asked.
Worried and curious about Agares's condition, Milenia got out of bed and slipped back into her sleeping robe.
