Marcus sat in his office, his head full of worry. The image Jada showed him had yet to leave his memory, even though his instincts told him it was all a game to disrupt him from Nina.
He exhaled deeply and reached for his telephone. "Hello, please ask the accountant to prepare the account statement for this month and send it to me as soon as possible." He hung up immediately after delivering the message.
Just then, his office door banged open, and Philip walked in.
Marcus's eyes widened. "Oh, Philip. To what do I owe this surprise visit?" he said with a smile, relaxing back into his seat.
To his greatest surprise, Philip walked over to him and delivered a heavy punch to his mouth, causing blood to gush out.
"What the..." Marcus held his jaw as he muttered those words to himself. He couldn't talk to avoid the blood flowing more.
"You are the cause of my misfortune," Philip grunted as he hovered in front of the table, staring fiercely at Marcus with rage burning inside him.
