"Yeah, I'm good," Nina's voice sounded from behind.

"You should worry more about the driver because he was the one in front driving, so he's capable of receiving more injuries than us," she added.

Marcus gulped. Although he did not wish his chauffeur dead, he was the last person he would think of in this situation.

"Steve, are you okay?" He reluctantly called, but there was no answer.

"I doubt he's okay," Nina uttered and crawled up to the front seat; behold, Steve was badly injured but still very much alive. However, he was already unconscious.

"We need to get him to the hospital before he dies." She tried to swing the door open, but it was already jammed. It could only be opened by an outsider.

Unfortunately, there was no one close to them, as where they are isn't a busy area. It was more like a remote area.

After struggling for almost five minutes and her efforts proved abortive, she reached for her small handbag and took out her phone to dial a number.
