Chapter 405 - KWM Chapter 404: Hall of Truth 2

As soon as the thought surfaced, his voice echoed directly through the hall: "Who blurred the Dragon of Wisdom? The Dragon of Imagination? Or was it Himself?"

"Who is the Dragon of Wisdom? Why was It blurred?"

Fors and Leonard's slightly puzzled voices simultaneously echoed through the hall.

"'The Dragon of Wisdom' was once a subsidiary god of 'The Dragon of Imagination', and is now the God of Knowledge and Wisdom."

Klein's voice resonated around them, answering Fors and Leonard's questions.

"So that's how it is!"

"I can't believe it."

As soon as Fors sighed, her voice immediately echoed, scaring her into quickly reining in her thoughts. Even though she didn't believe in the God of Knowledge and Wisdom, such a thought could still be considered blasphemous.

Leonard's voice echoed with a hint of disdain in the hall:

"Heh, that God of Knowledge and Wisdom isn't at all like what the Church of the God of Knowledge and Wisdom proclaims!"

"Is the Goddess truly as the Church preaches?"

Klein subconsciously responded in his mind, and the hall immediately read his thoughts aloud.

Leonard looked at Klein with suspicious eyes, his thoughts echoing directly around them:

"Goddess? Are you a member of the Church? Or were you once a member of the Church?"

Klein took a deep breath, reined in his thoughts, closed his eyes, and began to meditate. A brilliant, shimmering cosmos once again appeared around the hall.

The hall quieted for a moment, then Leyton's slightly playful voice rang out:

"The Honest Hall is truly honest, it even restores your tone, haha~"

"The Honest Hall? Is that the name of this place? It's very fitting."

"It's just a bit too 'honest'. Sometimes, it's better for people to have some secrets between them."

Audrey's voice immediately echoed in the hall.

"That's right, this place is too torturous, especially for someone like Mr. World... Uh, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to, really!"

Fors's expression went from nodding in agreement to one of panic. She had a feeling that from today onwards, she would be on The World's blacklist.

"Oh~ Is this? Is this the book 'Groselle's Travels'?"

Audrey stood curiously in front of a gray-white stone wall, her voice suddenly echoing.

Everyone gathered towards her location. The mural there was no longer of dragons, but instead depicted the story of a book:

It passed through the hands of various owners, traveled to the Northern Continent, and also to the Southern Continent, finally sinking to the bottom of the sea until it was salvaged by a lady sailing a ship. The last image was somewhat blurred, impossible to see clearly.

Among those who handled it were giants, elves, and even Fourth Epoch nobles and ascetics.

"Is there still someone living in this palace? Has he been continuously recording the journey of this book?"

Leonard immediately became alert, his voice instantly echoing in the hall.

"This is the depths of the Sea of Collective Subconscious. This palace is the former Divine Kingdom of 'The Dragon of Imagination'."

"The future It proclaimed will surely unfold and become reality."

Leyton watched the mural while explaining in his mind. His gaze quickly fell on the blurred part of the last image.

"Blurred? Because the future corresponding to this mural has changed, it can no longer unfold, so it just blurred and disappeared?"

"Possibly." As Klein's voice echoed, he walked to Leyton's side, also looking at the blurred mural, his thoughts constantly surfacing:

"If we add another mural behind this one now, will it become reality and unfold?"

"Probably not. The power supporting these murals should come from The Dragon of Imagination's divine power. The Dragon of Imagination no longer has the status of an ancient god, and thus no longer has the ability to turn the content of murals into reality."

Leyton shook his head, some other thoughts flashing through his mind:

"Not necessarily. This should be the ability of an Author, through the imprints left deep in the Sea of Collective Subconscious, to make the surrounding creatures, generation after generation, unknowingly complete the content of the murals, regardless of their own status."

"Ankewelt is currently only a Discerner, but He was once 'The Dragon of Imagination', and coupled with this former Divine Kingdom, He may very well be able to do such a thing."

"Author? Is this a Sequence 1 of the Spectator pathway? Why is it called 'Author'?"

Audrey's somewhat puzzled voice echoed in the hall.

"Yes, they are also called 'Fairy Tale Writers'. At this Sequence, Spectators can already control the Sea of Collective Subconscious, and the stories they write become reality, while also possessing the characteristic of 'Whatever is said will be known'."

"So powerful!"

"I wonder if I'll have the chance to become a 'Author'."

Audrey's inner thoughts suddenly echoed, making her lower her head slightly in embarrassment. Since becoming a Spectator, this was the first time she had experienced such awkwardness today.

Leyton chuckled. Before he even opened his mouth, his voice had already echoed:

"The characteristics of a Author are difficult to obtain, but if True Creator is the final victor, I can trade a Discerner characteristic with Him. Just find a characteristic of the same level within the Omnipotent and Omniscient pathway, and He should not refuse."

"True Creator does not hold any advantage; in fact, He can be said to be the most disadvantaged one."

Pallez's voice suddenly echoed.

"The ultimate victor is often the one everyone least expects."

After a slight sigh, Leyton immediately reined in his thoughts, no longer pondering questions related to True Creator.

Klein's gaze withdrew from the mural. He crossed his arms, his thoughts once again diverging:

"Indeed, from the current situation, the Three Gods and that..."

"Pa~" Leyton poked his finger, creating a shimmering starry night sky around them, his voice simultaneously echoing:

"Don't mention Him here. Don't mention anything related to Him."

"He will discover this place, and it's very likely He'll trace it back and find Ankewelt. Spectators are always hard to guard against in this regard, and He is the most formidable Spectator right now."

Everyone's attention was drawn by Leyton's sudden action, and various voices continuously echoed:

"He?"

"The most formidable Spectator?"

"Spectators are terrifying!"

"Only High-Sequence Spectators are terrifying." Audrey defended herself in her mind, being a Spectator.

Klein looked at Leyton in confusion, his voice echoing around them:

"It's that serious?"

"Having mastered the Uniqueness of the Spectator pathway, He can, to some extent, be equivalent to the True God of this pathway, and furthermore, this is Liveseyd."

Leyton's thought flashed by. He didn't reveal too much about Adam, to avoid others subconsciously recalling it in their minds.

"Then Amon must also be..." Klein subconsciously thought of Adam's brother, who was also a King of Angels.

Leyton made no movement, yet his voice still echoed:

"He can even modify the knowledge Beyonders of Marauder pathway gain upon advancement."

"This is merely due to the special nature of this pathway's authority." Pallez suddenly interjected an explanation.

"It seems you're all having a lot of fun."

A voice different from the others suddenly echoed in the hall, carrying an ability to soothe people's hearts. Even Leyton, who was already a Sequence 3, was unknowingly affected, unable to raise any thoughts of vigilance.

Leyton instinctively looked towards the center of the hall. The surrounding environment suddenly changed, and they were directly transported from Liveseyd back to the Sea of Collective Subconscious in the book world.

Everyone was silent for a moment, then voices began to ring out one after another:

"What's going on?"

"Oh? I need to speak again."

"Liveseyd is gone? Or were we kicked out?"

Old man, old man, what happened? Leonard continuously called out to Pallez in his mind.

"Quiet, 'The Dragon of Imagination' has arrived."
