Chapter 110 - The Truth Revealed

His left leg bone had a crack and some of his ribs were broken.

He had deep bruises and swelling all over his body dark blue and purple.

Even with all those terrible injuries, Bao Bei had still run all the way back to Jihl.

Just thinking about that made Jihl fight back tears.

He had held Bao Bei's hand during treatment and again and again swore to himself that he would never let something like this happen again.

The healing magic had closed the wounds, but the pain still remained.

To Jihl, not letting Bao Bei walk was the only natural choice.

Along the way, the unlucky people who happened to see Prince Jihlian like this all froze in shock.

Then they quickly their heads bowed.

As the pair walked away, the people peeked at their backs with worried eyes—some shook their heads, some pinched their cheeks in disbelief and others watched with oddly warm expressions.

In the small meeting room, several key people had already gathered.
