Chapter 2 - chapter 2

Nikael was confused, the last thing he remembered was lying on his bed before taking a bath and then going to dinner. His stomach growled.

-It's true, I haven't eaten. -He thought.

In the distance a screech was heard coming from the direction where Nikael had previously seen that being. He took a deep breath, walked crouching away from the windows, began to explore the building and realized that all the rooms on the fifth, fourth and third floors were empty. He returned to his room, opened the refrigerator and inside there was only a portion of frozen food and a soft drink, plus another note that said:

-"Only one meal per room. How many meals are there? How many opportunities? Everything changes, if a visitor shows up, is it all a matter of chance?"

After reading, Nikael checked that the microwave was working, placed the food in it, turned it on, and waited. When he took out the food and closed the microwave again, it melted. He ate, checked the time and realized that it was 9 pm according to the clock, and yet, when he looked out the window, the sky was still light and dark.

11 days later, at 9 at night, Nikael was watching from the fourth floor window. Everything seemed to remain the same, there was no movement in the surroundings, and he had followed a routine of exercise, water, a meal and 8 hours of sleep per day.

-I think I will have to eat twice a day to maintain good physical condition. -Nikael thought as he flexed and extended his fingers.

6 days later I was on the fifth floor, looking out the window at 9 at night. At that moment, I already knew that sooner or later, I would have to leave the building in search of food.

At dawn, Nikael woke up and heard something moving outside his room, in the hallway. He also smelled an unpleasant and strong smell like raw meat and blood. Nikael heard a door open, it must have been the door to the room that was in front of his room.
