Tonks grinned as she walked down the hallway, she had just played a rather hilarious prank along with Ginny where she disguised herself as the girl and the two scared Ron Weasley by the real Ginny distracting him so that Tonks, disguised as Ginny, would sneak up behind him and scare the crap out of him. Okay, admittedly the joke itself was not really funny but Ron's reaction was, Tonks still laughed at how he had nearly wet himself.
Tonks was suddenly brought out of her thoughts when she felt herself get dragged into a room, she only just heard the door shut behind her when she looked up to see Harry staring at her.
"Hey Gin," Harry grinned, Tonks was a bit confused about why he was calling her Ginny when she suddenly realised that she was still dressed and disguised like Ginny, she was about to correct Harry when he pulled her close and leaned down before planting a kiss on her lips. "sorry about this," Harry said as he pulled away, Tonks felt a bit too stunned and surprised to reply. "but Sirius says that tomorrow he is going to stick a mandrake leaf in my mouth, part of the animagus transformation and I have to keep it in my mouth for a good amount of time. So I figured that we will probably not be snogging for a while, might as well have some fun now before that happens."
Tonks found it hard to understand what she had had just heard, was Harry and Ginny snogging everyday? Where they boyfriend and girlfriend? Was Harry unintentionally cheating on Ginny with her Tonks was about to say something and change back into her original form when Harry pushed her against the door and pulled her into a hot kiss, it took about five seconds before Tonk's brain rebooted and she pushed him off.
"What? Are you alright Ginny?" Harry asked.
"I am not Ginny," Tonks said before she pulled out her wand, she waved it around her clothes and her clothes went form Ginny clothes to Tonks clothes just as she shifted back into her Tonk's face with pink hair. "I was disguised as Ginny to prank Ron and I forgot to change back."
"Oh." Harry said as his eyes lighted up with understanding.
"Yeah, I am sorry, I didn't mean to make you cheat on your girlfriend or..." Tonks once again found her cut off by Harry kissing her on the lips.
"Ginny is not my girlfriend Tonks," Harry said. "we have a sort of 'friends with benefits' thing going on."
"What?" Tonks asked while also struggling to process the fact that Harry had just kissed her again.
"Not my girlfriend," Harry repeated. "Ginny and I have not really done anything beyond snogging."
"So...you and Ginny are not boyfriend and girlfriend?" Tonks asked, finally being able to catch up with what was going on.
"Yes, don't tell her mum though, poor Ginny would likely go deaf from all the shouting that would happen if you did."
"Oh...okay, I won't." Tonks said, thinking that that was more of an understatement than anything, Mrs Weasley could shout with the best of them.
"Good." Harry said before he kissed her again.
"Whoa, what are you doing?" Tonks blurted out as she pushed him away.
"Oh I am sorry, do you not like it?"
"That's not the point," Tonks said, effectively not answering the question. "it's just...you can't just kiss me like that."
"How would you like me to kiss you then?" Harry asked.
"What?" Tonks blinked, wondering if she had heard him right.
"How...would you like me to kiss you?" Harry whispered as he grabbed her by the waist and pulled her in close. "Slow? Fast? Lovingly? Passionately? How would you like me to kiss you?" Harry asked as he leaned his head down and stopped just short of having his lips touch hers. "Hmm?" He said, waiting for her to answer, he pretended not to notice her hair turning red, he briefly wondered if he had made her angry but the expression on her face said otherwise.
"Um...H...Harry," Tonks gulped slightly as she stared into his green emerald eyes. "I...I don't..."
"If you don't want me to kiss you right now, then just say so." Harry whispered.
"H...Harry, it's not that I don't like you but..."
"Fine." Harry interrupted. "I won't kiss you, actually..." Harry planted a small kiss on her lips before he pulled back. "just one to remember." He grinned. "I hope that this doesn't make things awkward for us, I would like to at least stay friends."
"Fine, we can stay friends." Tonks said as she gave him a small smile as her hair changed back to pink. "You can take your hands off my hips now." She added.
"Oh I'm sorry, I didn't even notice." Harry said in an innocent voice as he slowly removed his hands.
"Ha, sure you didn't." Tonks snorted with disbelief as she rolled her eyes.
"By the way, you have any idea what you think I will be once I transform?"
"I don't know...a hamster!" Tonks said suddenly.
"A hamster?" Harry raised an eyebrow.
"You would be so cute!" Tonks grinned.
"Yeah, yeah, very funny." Harry said as he rolled his eyes. "Alright come on," Harry said as he pulled her out of his room and walked out as well. "I am going to go see Ginny for a quick snog, sure you don't want to snog?"
"I'm sure Harry."
"Shame, see ya tomorrow Tonks." Harry smiled at her before walking away.
"See ya Harry." Tonks called as she watched him go, she stood still for several seconds but ended up jumping when she felt something on her lips but quickly calmed down when she realised it was just her hand.
"I am not late am I?!" Tonks said as she hurried into Number 12 Grimmauld place.
"Nope," Sirius said as he closed the door. "Harry is still perfectly human, he insisted on waiting for you before he started."
"Brill!" Tonks grinned before she followed Sirius inside, today was the day that Harry would finally show everyone his animagus form. Soon the two reached the room where Harry was going to transform.
"Hey Tonks." Harry smiled as she entered. "Glad to see you," He said as he walked over and gave her a quick hug. "I am glad you could make it."
"Me too." Tonks smiled, the closeness briefly reminded Tonks of the last time that Harry kissed her but she quickly pushed it aside. "So who is here?" She asked as she looked around.
"Well there are the twins, and Ginny." Harry gestured to a corner where the trio were talking with Mad-Eye Moody and Kingsley Shacklebolt. "Those two are here as well, apparently Dumbledore sent them to observe seeing as he couldn't be here today."
"I don't know why he thinks it's necessary for him to..." Sirius started.
"I know, I know." Harry cut Sirius off in a way that told Tonks that this was not the first time the two talked about this. "Mr Weasley is at work, Mrs Weasley is here," Harry gestured to Mrs Weasley who had walked over to her children and began talking to them, though it looked more like she was telling them off for something. "I think she wants to be here to say 'I told you so' in case anything goes wrong." Harry whispered to Tonks who snorted in amusement.
"Arry." A voice said, Tonks watched as Fleur Delacour walked over and stopped right alongside Harry.
"Tonks, you remember Fleur." Harry said.
"Yep, nice to see you again." Tonks said, shaking Fleur's hand.
