Una was right, the Scorpionkin didn't sleep.
The full moon was high in the sky, the only light as the Scorpionkin walked their beat like robots.
Raymond and the ladies watched from the crest of a high dune as they watched row upon row of scorpions and their leaders tread back and forth.
Alecia was the eye in the sky, Nikki carried Una in her wolf form, leading the charge, and Raymond had Samantha on his back ready to move.
"Wait for it…GO!" Alecia had been waiting for the moment when the first two rows had their back to each other before giving the word.
Nikki shot forward, disappearing into the darkness. Raymond followed suit and they did not stop.
They weaved their way through the enemy formation, swift and silent, fleeting shadows in the night.
Alecia kept watch from above telling them when to slow down, speed up, shift left, shift right, or stop. Her wings, silent in the night air.
Raymond and Nikki moved with precision, surgeons of shadow, never raising alarm or suspicion.
Miles of enemy formation only took twenty minutes.
Finally, they found themselves on the bank of a pound of crystal clear water, watching in amazement as several pairs of large colorful fish swam in circles around each other.
Once Alecia landed next to them, Una and Samantha dismounted and they got a look at the oasis.
Towering trees with wide leaves cast long dark shadows along the underbrush.
Dark vines stretched from tree to tree like banners hung from a jungle gym.
The wind blew, swishing through the leaves as if reminding them to be quiet.
Nikki took the lead, the only one that could see through the darkness, as they made their way to the center of the oasis.
Every now and again she would stop the group and disappear into the shadows. She would silently put down a roving guard then come back to the group.
An hour later they stood at the doors of another stone temple. A fifty foot semi-circle in abound them was lit by torch light.
Everything about this temple was identical to the last. An ancient relic untouched by time.
Raymond rolled his shoulders and flexed his magic against the massive stone doors. They groaned open as if they hadn't been touched since the place was built.
Inside, there were no benches. Torches lit the walls, placed to illuminate green and gold tapestries depicting dragons flying over beautiful green landscapes.
A bright green carpet ran down the middle of the stone floor, leading to an alter similar to the one in the Red Dragon's temple, with a similar statue, in green instead of red.
In front of the statue, on an elegant, elaborate, high backed throne made of ancient wood and living vines, was the Green Dragon herself.
She was as beautiful as she was terrifying.
She was nearly eight feet tall with brownish green skin that shone like a gem made from the ground itself.
Her long curling horns were a deep mahogany sat nestled in a bed of shiny Jet-black hair that hung all the way to her ankles.
The wings on her back were shaped more like a butterfly's than a Dragon's, their colors dancing in the flickering torchlight, shifting green, brown, and blue.
Her massive bust was covered, barely, by a bra made from vines and leaves.
Numerous ab muscles traced a line to her wide hips and thick thighs.
Her long legs were crossed at the knee almost hiding a bikini bottom made from the same vines as her bra.
Her large feet look almost delicate as if they never touched the ground. The nails on her toes and fingers were dark green and ended in impossibly sharp points.
Raymond thought she could almost be mistaken for a Dragonkin or a Demon, but there was something in her gaze.
Her eyes were emerald green and slotted like a serpent, and too large for her delicate face.
In them Raymond could see something ancient, piercing, and dangerous.
When she spoke her voice was deep and sultry in a way that gave Raymond goose bumps.
"My, my, my. After centuries without a single visitor, the Scion of the Dragon comes calling at my door. How delicious."
Out of the corners of his eyes Raymond saw his companions shifted uncomfortably.
They were pulling at their clothes and rubbing their legs together, desperately trying to get a hold of themselves.
Raymond stepped forward, wondering what was happening and why it wasn't affecting him.
The Green Dragon, who had been watching the ladies with an amused, self-satisfied smirk, set her gaze on Raymond and licked her lips.
"Such a yummy looking man, and with a band of equally delicious companions. Tell me Scion, have you come to offer them to me as tribute?"
"No. Great Dragon." Raymond said firmly. "I am on a quest to find the resting place of the Golden Dragon. I have been tasked with combating the evil that has risen in this world."
"Interesting." The Dragon said, with a nail in her teeth. "You have come asking something of me, but you bring me no gift?"
She clicked her tongue disapprovingly, a smirk still playing on her lips. "That just won't do." She sang.
"Come here, let me get a good look at you." She beckoned him seductively with her finger.
Raymond took slow deliberate steps and he approached the throne. His boots echoed off the stone floor as he went.
The Dragon stood and descended to meet him with the grace of a goddess.
She towered over him at the foot of the altar, her breast inches from his face.
She smelled divine.
Raymond cast a glance over his shoulder at his companions. They were all passed out on the floor.
He looked back at the Dragon, who ran her soft hand over his bald head and down the back of his neck.
"Looks like we're alone." She said while a shiver ran down Raymond's spine.
She began walking a slow circle around Raymond looking him up and down, appraising him.
"Since you did not bring me a gift, I will require a service from you if you want anything from me."
She slid her hands over his body as she walked and leaned into his ears when she spoke. Raymond struggled to keep his composure.
"What kind of service?" He asked, fearing he already knew the answer.
"I have the power to return this barren desert to the lush forest it used to be. But, before anything can grow, it needs seed."
She draped herself over his shoulders from behind, and slid her tongue up the edge of his ear as she spoke again, her hands sliding around his waist to his crotch.
"I want your seed, Scion." She gripped his manhood as it grew quickly in her hand.
She stroked him firmly through his pants, her voice dripping with lust in his ear. "Satisfy me, and give me your seed, and the scale will be yours."
Raymond couldn't believe his ears, or his luck. First he got to fight a Dragon, now he was going to fuck one.
This was paradise.
