Chapter 15 - 15 The wise crow and the greedy snake

There was a crow's nest on a tree branch. A poisonous snake lived in the hollow of the tree below. The snake was very evil. Whenever the crow brought food for its young and went away for a while, the snake would climb up and eat the crow's delicate young.

This made the crow very sad. One day he decided that he had to teach this snake a lesson. He devised a plan.

The crow flew towards the king's palace. There, a beautiful necklace was hanging on the lattice of the princess's bedroom window. The crow nimbly grabbed the necklace and flew straight to the hollow of the tree where the snake was sleeping. He threw the necklace into the hollow and shouted loudly: "Thief! Thief!"

The palace guards came to the tree looking for the necklace. They took out the necklace from the hole and saw the sleeping snake. They thought that this snake had stolen the necklace and hidden in it. The soldiers immediately killed the snake. In this way, the crow destroyed the enemy with its intelligence and protected its young.

Moral: The power of the mind is greater than physical strength. With the right strategy, a powerful enemy can be defeated.
