On Wednesday, Noel meets Dr. Summers at the train station, duffle bag in hand. They're not traveling with Jade, for obvious reasons, but he is apparently on the same train several cars up.
"Of course Halo sends their little Angel in first class while we get business class," she grumbles, stowing one of her many bags in the overhead luggage compartment. The thing about her wanting to run some tests wasn't a lie, and the rest of her equipment is packed in the luggage car. "Typical."
Noel doesn't mention that business class isn't much of a downgrade, and it's still way nicer than economy.
