Chapter 1 - Chapter 128: "Symbiotic Relationship"

Somewhere at the bottom of the North Atlantic Ocean.

In the darkness of the ocean floor, one could see the red eyes of a huge beast between the rocks. The monster hid in the shadows and watched its prey. It didn't make any sound and not a single bubble of air rose from it. Masterfully hiding, he blended in with his surroundings, and his thick black armor resembled rocks.

It was one of Torterra's clones. He left South America to hunt in the ocean. It was the right decision because he found several sources of radiation on the ocean floor. This clone didn't believe his Alpha's words about peace with humans, but he couldn't argue. He was too weak.

He was annoyed by these little worthless creatures who had created him. After eating radioactive waste, he became stronger and bigger. Much more than when he was locked in a cage. This clone was angry because its creators were weak and ugly. How could it have been created by them? Why wasn't Alpha his father?

This clone did not consider Torterra as his father because he said the humans created them without his permission. They were created at the whim of small people.

This clone was currently hiding next to a nest of blue-blooded creatures. The little Kaiju carried the dead fish into a gap between the rocks. It wasn't hard for the clone to find them. The smell of Kaiju could be heard hundreds of kilometers from here, it was only necessary to catch the right undercurrent and he was already here.

The clone sometimes hunted ordinary creatures, but they weren't enough for him. The Kaiju, on the other hand, were given to him a nice boost in height and strength. Their nests were filled with meat.

It was dark at the bottom of the ocean and the clone knew how to use it. It was difficult for him to come so close. One by one, the White Thorns descended into the gorge with various creatures in their teeth and emerged empty handed.

GRRR

The clone growled softly. He was ready to attack.

Suddenly, a quiet place at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean turned into a war zone. The clone was fast and aggressive. He swam towards the White Thorns. Grabbing the rocks, he pushed away from them, increasing his speed.

One of the small Kaiju froze above the gorge and turned his head in the direction of the noise. All he managed to notice was the open mouth of a gigantic beast moving towards him.

KLANNK

As the clone's mouth snapped shut, the Kaiju disappeared. At that moment, the entire nest of White Thorns started to move. As if from a wasp's nest, hundreds of White Thorns emerged from the gorge and attacked the clone. Their collective intelligence informed them of the death of one of their own.

AAARRRRH

The clone screamed in anger, flailing its arms. He killed dozens of creatures with one wave of his hand. Catching them in the air, the clone scooped up fistfuls of meat and immediately put them in his mouth. His goal was not to kill the White Thorns, but to eat.

It was a massacre. The Kaiju couldn't do anything. Their shots couldn't penetrate the Titan's skin, and they couldn't hit the eyes. Those Kaiju that tried to get close to the eyes were mercilessly eaten and crushed by his hands.

ROOOAAA

The clone yelled. He turned to one of the rocks and pushed it. The rock immediately cracked and began to crumble. Rocks fell straight into the gorge and blocked the passage, preventing the White Thorns from exiting. It would be a shame if the nest decided to escape.

BOOM

Crushing the last Kaiju with his hand, he clenched his claws into a fist and threw their remains into his mouth and swallowed. A few of the White Thorns escaped, but he was unfazed. He approached the buried nest and began to dig it out.

Slowly and methodically, the clone dug out the nest, eating everything that was once alive. If someone tried to escape, he caught and ate them. His hands were quick, and with his eyesight he could see well in the dark.

Having completely dug out the nest, he found a large cocoon. It looked like a dark gray egg with a hard shell. The egg was large enough to hold a clone. Many dead creatures were gathered around the egg. Maybe the creature inside will hatch soon and this food was prepared for him.

The clone slowly cleared the stones around the egg and looked at it curiously. What was to come out of it was big and strong. But there was a slight smile on the clone's face. He wasn't full, and this egg was big enough to fill him.

KREEK

The egg cracked. Immediately after that, a huge hand with long sharp claws came out of it. The blue slime leaked into the ocean, contaminating the water.

BOOM

After the hand, the ugly head of the creature broke out of the egg. Blue eyes and a mouth full of teeth caused fear and disgust. The newly hatched creature resembled a small Kaiju. Unfortunately for him, he didn't hatch in time.

Before Kaiju could open his eyes and look around, something grabbed him by the throat. The next moment a bright light broke even through his closed eyelids.

RRAAAAAH

Holding the Kaiju's throat, the clone fired its orange flames at his head. From the temperature of the fire, the water immediately boiled, forming many bubbles that rose to the surface. Terrible screams of pain filled the ocean.

The Kaiju tried to fight off the clone by punching it and clawing at it, but it was no use. A minute later, only a black skull remained from the Kaiju's head. All the flesh was charred and burned.

After killing the Kaiju, the clone immediately started eating him. He pulled his skinny body completely out of the egg and began to eat. The force of his jaws was enough to break bones and the sounds of cracking and crunching filled the bottom of the ocean.

After filling his belly, the clone wanted to sleep. While leisurely walking in search of a suitable place to sleep, he sensed the source of the radiation. It was far away. And it seems that it was on land...

'Alpha is dead. I don't have to do what he wanted anymore!' With these thoughts, the clone swam towards the source of the radiation. It was somewhere in Europe. Although he didn't know the name of this land, he didn't even know that people give names to the land they live on. All he cared about was taking the radiation from them.

He just ate and if he absorbs the radiation it will allow him to increase his strength. He didn't care if people tried to stop him. He saw their weapons and they were useless against him.

This clone never saw a Jaeger, but ships and tanks were crushed by it. They stung him, but it was so weak that not a single drop of blood came out of him.

Slowly and surely the clone headed towards Europe, towards the people.

[Where are you sailing?]

The clone heard another Titan's voice. Turning his head, he noticed another like him. But this one was a little different from him. He was also strong and big. His body had blue spots and cracks that glowed in the darkness of the ocean floor.

[What do you care where I swim? It's mine.] The clone answered. He didn't want to tell the other clones about the source of the radiation.

There was silence. The two Titans stood in silence and growled at each other.

[My name is Leader. It's the name our Alpha gave me.] The blue spotted Titan said.

[Alpha is dead and I don't care what he gave you. Back off!] The clone snarled.

[He may be dead, but I'm still alive... And I won't let you go. Do you think I don't know where you're going? Alpha said not to touch people and I think that's right.]

HA-HA-HA-HA

Loud laughter could be heard everywhere. The nameless clone laughed at the Leader's words. It was a kind of joke for him. Don't touch people? What kind of idea is this?

Despite the laughter, now of his enemy, the Leader calmly stood in front of him and looked at him with a calm expression on his face.

[Did you believe this? Alpha was so… big, but he was soft and weak. He didn't deserve to be above me.]

'You just haven't seen him angry.' Leader thought, remembering how Torterra had crushed another Titan's head with one hand. And why did he kill him? Because he didn't like the fact that this clone didn't like people. But the fact that the Alpha was cruel and strong was clear.

This made the Leader think. How could such a cruel creature be so kind to people. Was he afraid of people? No, it is impossible. Even the great robots were much smaller and weaker than him. Then why? Why was he so protective of people?

But then he realized it. Maybe Alpha's words were partially true, but the Leader found another reason.

When the Leader was traveling across a large land, he came across a hole in the ground where people were digging something. It was some kind of radioactive material. But the strange thing was that there was very little radiation. This radiation would not be enough for the Leader to grow to his current size even in a thousand lifetimes.

It was these thoughts that allowed him to understand some important things. Humans are creatures that are the only producer of radiation in this world. They produce it in a very concentrated form. But what if the Titans attack the humans? They will stop producing radiation to stop their development. And never again, even in tens of thousands of lives, will the Titans feel the power they got by absorbing radiation from nuclear bombs.

It was a symbiotic relationship. Humans produce radiation, and the Titans protect them. And even when the Leader becomes very strong, he still saw no point in killing people. Why do this? It's too troublesome.
