START OF THE COLONIZATION Location the RWBYverse, Remnant-Menagerie, Eastern Coast: Krichevskoy Mansion, Devil Settlement
Things are progressing smoothly. More days passed, and things improve around the settlement...which still didn't have a name. Serafall suggested Magika Star, for the name of the settlement... As much as Laharl and his girls liked her. They along with nearly every devil, nekomata, and prinny said no, making Levi-chan sad and pout. With Sona being the most vocal in the refusal of the name. This made Tsubaki, the rest of Sitri girls giggle, as they'd knew that Sona was secretly a magic girl lover. So apart from that they'd decided to put the naming on hold, for now. The settlement has progress faster, as Ajuka took basic devices, left behind on the now useless, desert outposts of the White Fangs. Ajuka, he proved to be a super genius, reverse engineering outerworldly tech, and basically making magi-tech, in a week. Truly impressive. As some magic powered drones flew over them, carrying magi-tech materials for construction.
At the rate the devils were building-up the settlement. In around a couple months they'll have a miniature city, rivaling the towns of Remnant, in tech and architecture. Then Laharl he'd felt his familiars coming close. As new Centinel under Laharl emerged from the grown, seems that the second task, that Laharl assigned them was finished. A secret, and sturdy tunnel that lead from their settlement to Kuo Kuana. This was a simple plan. Sending some nekomata, prinnies, and devils to talk and convince more faunus to freely come over to their side. Just like the newly added refugees. They're adjusting quite well, as well as helping that some did have aura unlocked, so they'd willingly accepted to help Ajuka, study aura. As the faunus kids were running around having fun. And their parents and guardians were building themselves, a brand new home in their domain. While not of them have been turned into devils yet, this was good progress. Obviously, the faunus, get more along with the nekomata, which have started the process of "mixing cultures", as Sona stated. All was good. Plus the added magical touches to the barrier-line was also affecting the Grimm.

But honestly Salem coming to them would make things, easier than going after her...but whatever. That isn't important at the moment, Laharl, apart from letting loose his grimm, the Centinel to huntdown wild grimms, but also making a secret tunnel network. As he, and everyone they'd plan to not only make this settlement a multi-level kingdom, for devil. But also make a massive network, to bring in all the faunus of Remnant into one, sole, united banner, instead of being scattered and defenseless. Serafall, she'd patted Harl-tan's complimenting his good work. As Sona smacked her older sister on the head. Serafall, "owwed" in a fake tone. And Sona scolded Serafall, "You're not going to Kuo Kuana, sister. We're trying to avoid panic, that you'll certainly cause." Serafall, pouted and complained that So-tan didn't like her anymore. Making everyone laugh, yep thing were going smoothly indeed.
WHITE FANG'S APPEARANCE Location Kuo Kuana
Some days later. Some nekomatas in combat yukata, accompanied...and guarded by dozen of prinnies. Were now Kuo Kuana the capital, and homeland of faunus. Kuo Kuana is a bustling town with packed residential areas and expansive markets, a thriving port. The main street runs from the port to the Chieftain's house and is lined with market stalls and houses. With palm trees, a beautiful beach, all leading to a small mountain range, filled with forest. As the houses come in many different shapes and sizes accommodating a variety of different Faunus that live there. And largest house is the Chieftain, Ghira Belladonna, a stone path leads to this eastern style...well Mansion. As a huge crowd was gathered, not only interested on this "Mistral" style "cat faunus", but the nekomata explained that their from the new and ever improving settlement of Menagerie.
Earning the attention of the public. As the more magically talented, to show images of the settlement. Along with ever growing and upgrading building, and a few invention from their leaders, Ajuka Beelzebub. This along with other displays, was earning the attention of the faunus civilians, especially talking about the new teachable gifts of touki and more. Being demonstrated by the nekomata. This power and the promise of absolute safety, along with prosperity, was soo enticing to the faunus...that when some white armored grunts from the White Fang, pushed the way into the gathering. While some faunus found them as heroes and protectors...when Ghira Belladonna was in charge of the former activist group. Now the White Fang are basically a terrorist group, with extremist views, and while the main cell is in Menagerie, their view as a menace, and oppressors amongst the faunus of Menagerie.
When the white fang grunts, saw the gathering crowd. And they decided to mess around, and find out what's happening. The bear faunus, white fang captain, yelling at everyone with a simple, white sword as his weapon. When he saw one of the nekomata, with blonde hair with aqua tip, he'd tried to seduce...more like harass her. Which a prinny smashed a bat onto leg of the bear faunus, not only bypassing his aura but breaking the leg...badly. This shocked everyone. As a simple bat, from a blue, peg-legged penguin, not only beat a large, bear faunus in one blow. It happen while ignoring the defense of a aura. As it didn't shatter or even grow when someone hits it, the prinny's attack went straight to the body, bypassing the aura barrier. The bear faunus, screamed out in pain and fell into the sandy ground, unable to do anything. This triggered the other white fang grunts, and the nekomata that was about to be harassed. She'd got into fighting stance, and used her touki, striking punches, elbow strikes, and kicks. Utterly destroying the weak grunts.
Touki is spiritual inner-energy, the power also bypass aura. Causing greater damage to untrained bodies, as huntsmen and other aura dependant people. Don't train their bodies, making them easy opponents against martial artists. In less then a minute, this impressed the crowd, as this is the power that these nekomata were offering, plus true prosperity. This made their decision, much easier. As they asked to be taken to this new settlement, away from the oppressive White Fang, and a passive chieftain. While this commotion happen, and some of the barely moving, White Fang grunts were dragging their tails...some quite literally...away, clearly beaten. As some were taking their unconscious and badly injured brothers and sisters, away from danger. Another was spying on the crowd, and listening in to the faunus, eager to leave to another settlement away from the White Fang's protection!! This faunus, gritted her teeth, as she banished almost like she wasn't there and left to report this...
SIENNA KHAN Location the Isolate place in Anima, White Fang Main Headquarters: Throne Room
In this throne room is a long hall made from stone and bricks and lined with columns. The walls feature a geometrical pattern and there are red banners with the White Fang symbol hanging from the columns. The floor has a red carpet that leads the length of the hall and leads to a simple, elevated throne. Was sitting the current High Leader of the White Fang, Sienna Khan. The first to advocate for violent actions against the humans, and demanding respect. She is a bengal tiger-based faunus with amber eyes, a dark complexion and wild black hair in an asymmetrical bob. Her faunus traits are an extra pair of ears, and her body was adorned with numerous tattoos resembling tiger stripes. She wore four golden earrings on three of her ears, one on each Human ear and two on the left Faunus ear, as well as having a small jewel resembling a bindi on her forehead. Sienna was wearing a form-fitting dark gray sleeveless dress with white trim, the top part having a large diamond cutout exposing most of her back. Which is accompanied by a smaller diamond-shaped cutout just above her breasts, over which is a low-hanging long red cape that was clasped by golden rings near the crest of her top's chest cutout, as well as a gray waist cincher with red trim and a gold-buckled belt over it. Which is fastened a gray pouch on her right hip, and a long gray open skirt with thick white trim revealing a pair of black shorts beneath, along with over-the-knee black stockings with golden trim.
She was sitting upon her throne, with regal authority. As her subordinates, were informing her that Adam's latest operations, have been successful. And much of Anima was starting to fall to their rule. While Atlas, has been a pest to them, especially with the damned, Schnee Family backing and continuous oppression, and abuse of Faunus kind. Sienna, she was both please by the first bit of news, but annoyed by the rest. She was half-tempted to once again attack the Schnees again, that when bursting into her throne, was a young faunus girl, a member of their group. Which supposedly was stationed in Menagerie, to watch over Ghira and their kin in the capital. Her name is Ilia, Ilia Amitola. She is a young woman and a chameleon faunus. In her normal appearance, her skin has somewhat darker spots on her arms, legs, stomach and face, resembling chameleon scales. Her brown hair is tied back in a ponytail that curls at the end like a chameleon's tail, and her eyes are a light gray with a faintly bluish tint.
Ilia, she is wearing a black, gray and dark gray sleeveless stealth suit with short legs that resembles a playsuit with black trim around the legs. The color divide is at the center of her thighs. The stealth suit's zipper is gold, and over it, she wears gray belt straps with gold buckles. She wears black calf high boots that are folded over and a black glove on her right hand. Removing her White Fang mask, a Grimm-like mask with chameleon horns on it. Doing this a sign of respect, as she'd kneel at the foot of the throne of the High Leader. Sienna, she stopped crossing her legs, and sat properly on her throne. Looking at Ilia, demanding her a explanation for this interruption, and also Ilia's coming to Anima instead of just communicating from Menagerie!! Ilia, begged forgiveness for her rudeness. But she'd needed to personally deliver important news, as it seems that a third faction in their people was rising. This shocked all the other White Fangs in the throne room, aside their group. The pacifists, that chose to follow Ghira Belladonna, were the only official factions in their kind. Sienna's face took a serious look, as she took a serious, but clearly agitated look. As she'd only said to Ilia, "Continue..." Ilia, started to talk.
Telling them, that someone has managed to start making a prosperous settlement in the eastern edge of Menagerie. Using some special power or technology to make the once cruel desert, into a luscious green oasis. Shocking those inside the throne room again, along with bringing some interest for Sienna. As Ilia continues her report. Telling them, next about the special aura, bypassing abilities. Which their willing to share to normal civilians, now this shocked Sienna, as Ilia mention that a cat faunus, not only beat seven, armored, and highly armed white fang brothers and sisters. But did so without, hitting their aura, striking at their bodies itself. This really interested Sienna, while Ilia did confessed it was the grunts fault, for trying to harass these mysterious faunus. The last bit of information was the kicker. From the last month, reports that strange faunus in the Menagerie desert, have not only been eliminating the Grimm. But using somekind of method, to prevent Grimm not only coming into their land, but stop spawning more!!
This news made Sienna, stand from her throne in surprise. And say, "What did you say!!? These unknown faction...(walking down her, throne, with a smile)...these misguided kin, might have solve the greatest issue for faunus kind. A new power to stand against our enemies, but grant us salvation!!" Sienna, explained that the power to push back Grimm. Will allow them not only to make settlements all around their enemies domain, but be secure while they amass power to stand against them!! They understood Sienna's vision. And admit it's true. With this third faunus group, allied with the White Fang, the faunus domination of Remnant would be secured. Sienna, she walked down and thanked Ilia, for the good work. Ordering everyone to contact all the cells of their group, and inform them of this group, and try to make contact with them. This is a priority, for the future of the White Fang, and the faunus race as a whole, depends on gaining this faction's support. Nodding to her, they rushed out the throne room, Ilia included. As Sienna returned to her throne, with a wicket smile on her face, and eagerness to meet whoever is the leader of this new group.
