On their way, Dante, Liza, Kenn, Mia, and Zoe met two people named Marlon and Henry. They said they had a camp.
Marlon: "Hmm… where are you from?"Dante: "Miami."Marlon: "Damn… that's a mess too, huh…"Henry: "Everywhere's a mess…"Dante: "Yeah… the ones in the back are Zoe… Kenn… Mia… and Liza."Henry: "Hey, the blonde one over there… she's shaking…"Zoe: "She's still young…"Marlon: "Hahhh… yeah, I noticed. They drove through Georgia… you could say there was nothing left—just ruined houses, corpses, and mutants.
Marlon: "This world is screwed… I thought World War II was bad… but this…"Dante: "Hmm…"Marlon: "My dad was a veteran… and he said the Nazis were working on something… something that would bring disaster."Dante: "…But you don't really think that…"Marlon: "I do. I think the Nazis had something to do with this… there are too many survivors."Dante: "But that was 40 years ago."Marlon: "So what…"Zoe: "That's all a conspiracy… could just as well be from Chernobyl, right? Something similar."Marlon: "Hmm… could be."
They kept driving until they finally arrived at the camp.
Marlon: "And here we are."Liza: "Huh?"Zoe: "Not bad…"Marlon: "Well… better than nothing."
They got out of the car.
Marlon: "Alright… you hungry? We'd be happy to make you something."Zoe: "…Hmm."Dante: "That would be very kind, thank you."Mia: "Mhm… very sweet of you."Kenn: "Oh… please, no nuts. My sister's allergic."Marlon: "Hehehe… okay…"
A few hours later
Night had fallen… the food was ready.
Marlon: "Woooowwww!"Henry: "Oh… nothing better than a great meal."Dante: "Hmm."Zoe: "Ugh, they're loud."Marlon: "Alright… let me introduce you to the others. That hot woman over there is Natascha… a Russian. That guy is Stefen… and over there, that's Dane… and that's Hannah…"
Hannah and Stefen: "Hello." (in unison)Natascha: "Hello."Dane: "Hi…"Mia: "Nice to meet you all. I'm Mia… this is Zoe… next to me is my brother Kenn, and over there is Dante… and the quiet one is Liza."Hannah: "What a gloomy face… she's kind of creepy."Henry: "Hehehe… but hot, right?"Zoe: "Hey…!"Hannah: "What, got a problem, sweetie?"Henry: "Hey… we didn't say anything."Marlon: "That's enough."Natascha: "Just leave her alone… some people take longer to process all this…"
They started eating… Liza ate very slowly.

Everyone partied… while they drank and laughed, Dante noticed Liza was gone.Suddenly, as most of them were already a little drunk—

Zoe went to look for her… and sure enough, she found her.

She was covering her ears.

She was staring at the drunk Henry and Natascha.

She rushed back to Dante.

Suddenly someone grabbed his hand—it was Zoe.
Dante: "Hey."Zoe: "Shut up and come with me. Something's wrong with Liza."
They hurried to her… when they found her, Liza was breathing hysterically… eyes wide in fear.
Liza: "Hahh… hahh… hahh."Dante: "What's going on… hey…"
He grabbed her shoulders.
Dante: "What's wrong, Liza?… What happened, Zoe?"Zoe: "I don't know… she gets scared when she sees those drunk ones."Dante: "The drunk ones…"Liza: "Hahh…"Dante: "I get it… Hey… Liza…"
He held her cheeks.
Liza: "Hahh…"Dante: "Calm down… calm down… they won't do anything… and if anyone comes near you… I'll protect you… so calm down…"Liza: "…Will you…?"Dante: "I will… I promise."Zoe: "…Hhh…"
Liza calmed down…
Dante: "Now get some sleep, okay?"Liza: "Okay…"
She lay down, and Dante and Zoe left her alone.
Dante: "Her father… was a drunk… that's the reason."Zoe: "…Oh…"Dante: "A drunk who laid hands on his daughter… trauma… can be terrible… especially when you endured it for so long…"Zoe: "I understand."Dante: "I have a favor to ask you."Zoe: "Hmm?"Dante: "Can you sleep near her?"Zoe: "Why me…? She squatted down.

It was a mutant. It attacked her.
Hannah: "Help… help… help!"Marlon: "What's going on?!"
They saw it and rushed over, killing the mutant… but more showed up. The fence had a hole.
Marlon: "Since… since when is there a hole?!"Henry: "Damn it, we patched that with wooden planks… how'd they break without us noticing?!"
The fence held at first, but more kept coming until it couldn't take the pressure and collapsed.
Dante: "…Hahh… damn it!"Zoe: "…Ugh…"Liza: "…Ghh…"Kenn: "We have to get out of here—now!"Henry: "But Hannah!"Marlon: "Forget it… she's dead… run!"
They started running, shooting as they went.
(Bang)… (Bang)… (Bang!)
They ran and kept shooting—

Dante: "I'm out of ammo!"Marlon: "Me too."Zoe: "…Then no choice!"
She pulled out her knife and stabbed it into their heads.
(Splack!)
Zoe: "Then we go with this… go for the head… or the legs, then the head!"
They followed her lead…
Liza: "Ahhh…"Kenn: "Liza, watch out!"
He knocked a mutant away.
Liza: "Thanks."Kenn: "…Gahhh…"
One attacked—he fell to the ground.
Kenn: "Ghh… get off… get off me!"Liza: "Ugh…"
She found a wooden plank, grabbed it, and smashed it on the mutant's head.
(Crack!)
The mutant collapsed.
Kenn: "Hahh…"Liza: "Ugh…"Dante: "Go! Damn it, there's too many!"Kenn: "Hahh…"Zoe: "There—over there… there's a ladder, quick!"
They rushed.
Zoe: "Screw you, freaks… over there, do you see that?"Dante: "It's a tower… if we climb it, they can't reach us!"
They climbed up fast…
Dante: "Hahh…"Zoe: "Whew… that was too close."Liza: "Hahh…"Mia: "…This is insane…"Kenn: "We survived… at least…"Henry: "Everyone but Hannah."Marlon: "Hey… you know how it goes in this new world… damn it, we should've secured the fence… that was Hannah's job this week."Henry: "Are you saying it's my cousin's fault? Damn it—I promised my aunt I'd protect her… she doesn't even know she's my cousin 'cause she lost her mom so young… she thinks I'm her brother… ahh… Hannah… damn it…"
