Ken's body convulsed violently as the cold ground beneath him cracked. His vision blurred, then sharpened. Around him, the battlefield was silent — the scent of smoke and iron hung thick in the air.
He looked down at his hands, noticing a dark, pulsing aura swirling around his skin. His once-normal eyes now glowed a fierce, unnatural yellow.
"Is this... me?" Ken whispered, a mixture of fear and awe twisting his voice.
The reset had done more than just bring him back — it had changed him. The power surged through every fiber, a tempest threatening to consume his soul.
From the shadows, a figure stepped forward — tall, cloaked in black armor, face hidden beneath a mask. "You've awakened the Abyss Form," the voice echoed coldly. "A power few can control. Lose yourself to it, and you become a weapon without a will."
Ken clenched his fists. "I'm still me. I won't let this power define who I am."
The figure tilted their head. "That determination will be tested soon."
Suddenly, the ground shook — a monstrous roar tore through the air. From the ruins emerged a colossal beast, eyes blazing with hatred, its body covered in twisted flesh and metal.
Ken's heart pounded. This was the true test — fight and control the Abyss... or be devoured by it.
He took a deep breath, summoned his new power, and charged forward.
