Ken's thoughts were interrupted by footsteps approaching rapidly.
A young woman with sharp eyes and an easy grin stepped out from the shadows.
"I heard the fight," she said, eyeing Ken's Abyss Form warily. "You're the reset guy everyone's been whispering about."
Ken frowned. "And you are?"
"Call me Rei. I'm... a freelancer. I don't trust your organization or theirs, but I want to see the reset game end."
Ken studied her. Could he trust her?
"Alright, Rei," he said finally. "But don't make me regret it."
