By now, everything that had been spoken and revealed confirmed one thing: Wang Gung was indeed the reincarnation of Mo Yan… and Fui Lon, the reincarnation of Yu Sui.
But Master Lee Wen believed something more...he was convinced the prophecy spoke not just of two, but of four souls. The legend was clear. Which is why he began to wonder if Zhi Yao and Ming Heng were the other two.
Their parents had often mentioned how inseparable they were as children. Every day. Zhi yao and ming heng they would bring white quill blossom tea just for Mo Yan, carefully brewed as if it were a sacred ritual. The signs were subtle, but the possibility was real....these two might be the lost fragments of that ancient bond.
Having recounted everything, Master Lee Wen now found himself without words. It was as if his voice had drowned in a sea of tears. Slowly, he rose to his feet, gave a solemn bow, and turned to leave. Even his loyal wolf companion, silent all this time, stood up, ready to depart.
But before stepping into the mist, Master Lee Wen looked back one final time and spoke in a voice firm, yet laced with sorrow:
"Meeting you all has been my fortune. We only wanted the truth to be known… and if possible, keep a watchful eye around you. The threat this time... is far greater."
With that, he walked away, vanishing into the thick fog.....as though he had never existed at all. And in his wake, he left behind shattered hearts, broken dreams, and unspoken fears.
But what he left behind… was necessary.
Silence reigned again. And then, Master Zu Gushion and Master Chang Shi, who had been quietly observing till now, finally spoke. Their voices were deep, but carried a calm assurance:
"Hei Lin San Sect is a place of immense beauty and formidable power.
They cultivate their souls through dark arts...but their darkness is unique. It's never been used to harm a single soul, not once in the past 150 years. Exiling them from the clans… may have been a grave mistake.
Perhaps the Grandmasters who cast them out forgot that the great spirit of the Qasiong Scripture… also once wielded dark magic."
They continued, pausing only for breath:
"And Master Lee Wen believes....somewhere within that great scripture's spirit....lies the ancient way to possibly redeem Yu Sui's soul.
But how that can be done… no one knows."
The parents listened. What could they do now? Hope? Believe? Grieve? Everything felt lost in a fog of confusion.
They knew the truth, and yet, felt helpless to act.
Their children… still theirs… yet slowly becoming strangers.
Silence took hold once more.
The temple, Su Tao Jue, grew quiet again....so silent that even lifting a finger felt forbidden.
Dawn was breaking.
The night had passed.
It was time to leave.
Everyone rose from their places and began to walk away.
But today... did not feel like any ordinary day.
Something had shifted.
Even Su Tao Jue Temple.....an ancient sanctuary.....seemed to mourn. Empty. Voiceless. A sacred structure now just a shell… for its true guardians had already been reborn.

But not all places were wrapped in silence.
Somewhere else… in a dimly lit chamber…
There was chaos.
Someone was screaming.
Someone had lost control.
Furniture smashed against the walls.
Objects hurled across the room like a storm of rage.
A person… consumed by fury… was destroying everything in sight.
