Chapter fifty

Mom agreed when I told her about spending the weekend at William's place. I told her we were paired together for a school project which had to be submitted on Monday. That was enough to convince her but she called his parents to ask if they were alright with it.
Evening came and I was already at William's house with my overnight bag. His parents were out of town for the weekend and his sister was having a sleepover at her friend's place, which made everything perfect.
Good. When Kieran would show up tomorrow, how could he take me on that date if I wasn't around? The image of his furious face had me giggling evilly, but I quickly sobered up. Who knew how he was going to get his revenge for me on Monday?
This wasn't a permanent solution. I needed something to keep him away for good.
Luckily I had managed to retrieve my old phone when he dropped me off at home this evening.
