A knock was heard from Ren's door.
"Who is there?"
"It's me, Ren."
"Big sis, is that you?"
Mio opened his door, and jumps on him.
"Big sis, what are you doing here?"
"I came to show you my new system, i heard your class hasn't received their own."
"Yes, we kind of missed it."
"What's your game?" she said in a serious voice.
"What?" i asked her looking confused.
She released herself from me.
"Ren, you missed it on purpose, i saw you walking around with a girl, and that same girl was said to be in class all through, who could be behind these mystery?" she said looking at me with a serious look.
"Big sis, if i tell you would you believe?" i said looking as gentle as possible.
Her face instantly melts.
"Sure."
I opened my laptop, showing her the flash drive, i received from Julius.
"You see i have been working on these thing for a while now, i am not sure if receiving these system was the right thing to do."
"What are you talking about?, i received a ton of stat boost and i even received my connection to something called mana core, with it i can use magic."
"Magic, what do you think magic is?"
"With the information i got from the system, it's when you tap into something called the 'ENDLESS FOUNTAIN' you gain power from an extra dimensional god,these endless fountain is stated to be a realm that only god's exist."
"Now i have two question's for you."
"Okay."
"One, is there another way to tap into these endless fountain, without the help of these system?"
"No, these system is like a link to these higher dimension, although we can't comprehend the raw information received directly from these fountain, but with the system able to think about 2.5 million times faster than we humans,they are able to break the complex information into understandable information."
"Second question, were you told the name of the skill that allows you to use magic?"
"No, i only received the following information: Welcome to the domain of the god's, with your awakening, you will be granted limitless strength, your understanding of the world would be more simple, with enough power you can reshape the world as you wish. That was all the system said to me."
I see now, they are trying to use humans now as their weapon, but they promised them limitless strength, would they grow to be as strong as i was back then.
"I won't say the information you have is wrong, but that's not the full information."
"What?"
"There are these things called 'EMBLOIDS' they are the fundamental concept you need to understand before you can use magic, without them you would be nothing but a puppet to the system itself, once you understand what embloids are you can now venture into magic understanding."
"Ren, when did you learn all these?" she asked looking at me with a surprised look.
Damn it, i already forgot about my secret life, i was so lost in teaching her i said too much.
"I saw some information's like that in dad's library a long time ago."
"Is that so?"
"Yes."
"Then should i take it that you have trained to understand and utilize these embloids you mentioned."
Since i am the creator, i possess natural control and understanding of magic and embloids itself.
"Yes, and if you want i can also show you."
"Really?"
"Yes."
"Please,show me."
"Sure, but i will like you to keep it a secret."
"Between me and you."
"Yes."
"That would mean, there is a secret only you and i know about."
"Yes."
"Then, it's a promise."
I split myself into two, she was surprised with her face flowing with different emotion, from shock to surprise, to happiness.
Why is it not moving?"
"There is no magic in it, with magic it would be able to walk and talk like every normal human."
"Since you don't have magic yet, then i will help you with rising your duplicate."
"Thanks sis." i said, smiling at her.
"Don't worry,if it's you i will do anything for you."
She needs to be careful about the words she says to people, especially the males.
"Please then."
She instantly charged the duplicate with mana after sometime it's finger moved, she increased her output just for the whole body to move a few feet and it stopped working.
"As you can see,the emloids are the foundation of any object of creation, while mana gives them the will to act, and to create a clone is very tasking , you will need a lot of mana to power a clone to move."
"I see, so when do we start training?"
"What training?"
"You will teach me how to use emloids right?"
"I mean if you want to, i can."
"You will also have to teach Lora, believe me when i say these, through out today both from her section and our section she is ranked 5th."
"5th, in what?"
"Student with highest mana reserve, she is far above her section, the second person from her section just has about a hundredth of her base reserve."
"Wow that's impressive!"
"I know, for her age that's what we call a prodigy."
"But due to her age and stamina, she won't be able to grow."
"That's what everyone said at first, but her mana replenishes itself almost instantly and the more she use, the larger her mana reserve get's , i happened to be the second highest in our school."
"Wait there is someone above you?"
"Yes, the student council president Sylvia Einsfield, she has been my rival since i could remember, she declared herself my rival both in academics and sport, i didn't take her serious at first, until she defeated me once, ever since then i openly accept her challenge, and today marks her third win against me since i can remember."
"You must be really close friends."
"We are not really friends, i did ask her once but she said a rival is a rival and a friend is a friend."
"Wow, she sounds tough."
"Speaking of friends, the girl you manipulated today, the one who was protecting little helpless you, who is she?"
"What do you mean?, can't i have someone who is willing to protect me?"
"Ren, you do not need anyone protection, you have always been on your own, so why now?"
"She fell for little weak me, and then i used her to gain some sympathy and starting from today she would be my number 1 friend."
"When you say friend, you mean somebody you can use?"
"Believe whatever you want."
"Anyway, dad and mum will be having dinner with us these evening, so prepare for your party."
"Okay, thank you."
Immediately she left my room i exhaled heavily.
I guess one can't be too kind in these world, and i think i have found my balance.
Meanwhile outside his room, Mio was leaning against Ren's door.
"I know, you don't see people for warmth or happiness, you only see them as a means to achieve your goals, today was no different from your normal life style, playing gentle in front of one girl to gain her sympathy, you used her, to defend yourself, you feel like if you say anything people will only respect you for the power our family holds, you used the innocent girl to defend against yourself, you stayed silent all through so as to not ruin your plan, but who created a clone of you that was walking around the school and causing trouble today, you don't even have enough mana to power your clone, i will get to the root of all these."
Ren inside his room was laughing hysterically.
I see so everyone of them is trying to figure me out, how interesting, thanks to the modification i did to my door, i can hear the thought of whoever leans on it, so everyone is a genius, that's more like it, not knowing who is watching , or when they are watching is kind of interesting in it's own way.
He picked up his laptop, sat at his study table and continued to work on the information he has gathered today.
"I see, so all these is possible because one of the constellation already possessed the body of a mere mortal, so they are using these system as a means of enhancing humans strength, and with our school being one of the strong holds of the country, they are planning to use the student to conquer our country and from that our whole continent and from the conquering continents, there thirst for power will know no bound and eventually they would start trying to conquer other possible planets."
He picked up the paper observed what was written on it.
"These is all too good to be true, with these information all i know is that, these system is an extra-dimensional weapon created by the constellation that resides on earth, but since his true form can not exist within the bounds of dimensionality, i must assume that any power used here isn't their full strength, a power that can go all the way across infinite dimensions,is nothing but godly, i will have to be careful, i am not doing these for anyone, i am not receiving these system, i want to live a peaceful life, with this information i know who and what to avoid."
walking back to his bed, still holding the paper.
I will have to figure out a way from now till evening,if i want to save myself from past issues like these.
He slept off.
