Staring straight into the probably god's eyes, I said, "Nah, I don't want to, so ask someone else. Or like, I don't know, Dr. Strange might help you. Now I'm going to eat a burger and sip a beer as I sit on my porch, listening to orchestra music while the sun sets for my grand play."
With a flat expression, Frederick grabbed the pillow with the cat on it and placed it beside him. He took out a few beers from the mini fridge on the side of his porch, along with a burger and fish sticks, then popped them into the microwave. As he waited for the sunset, he spoke up, "You see, I don't want to get entangled in whichever pantheon you belong to, so sorry."
Opening a bottle of beer, he watched the sun begin to set. In a calm and steady voice, he added, "Oh, and no matter how hard you look into my soul, you'll never be in control of my destiny. Give up." Trying his best to strike a pose that said he was smarter and better, he tilted his head toward the cat and continued, "I'm aware of how this event plays out—it's a type of canon event. Even with my deviations, it will go relatively the same, so no matter how you try to manipulate me into death, I simply won't comply."
"Now then, run along before I get the Sorcerer Supreme to deal with beings like you—who might not even be a god but rather a demon or some wild entity altogether. I wouldn't know; I'm just a regular human after all."
The cat's eyes became slits as it stared at him, then looked away, saying, "You'll come to regret your actions." Frederick, sensing his act had succeeded, decided to scare the entity away.
"You know, I'm not opposed to letting the mad celestials into reality or even waking up Knull—or rather, setting 'him' free if you try anything. Heck, if you test my patience in any way, I will see how the universe likes the howls of the one below all." After saying that, the universe seemed to stop.
The cat that had been walking away transformed into a three-headed goddess before disintegrating, leaving only ashes that turned into atoms. A note appeared beside Frederick, stating: [The entity who has disturbed you shall never appear to you again. There will be no more interventions from beings of a similar level trying to disrupt your plans and escape the unchangeable fate in which they know or manipulate you. Sincerely, Mother of Horrors and Mephisto]
Frederick scoffed at the note, replying, "Is this truly your attempt to please me? Well, so be it. I'll tell you a cosmic truth you don't know, Mother of Horrors: you've already died once before. You certainly don't have memories, so there you go. That's all the information I'll give you."
"And to Mephisto, I refuse to tell you of your future fate. From your actions, this is merely your karma—just know you deserve it." With that, Frederick drank his beer, ate his burger, and left as the moon rose.
Remembering something, he stepped outside, gazing at the moon. "The time will come when you, Khonshu, will finally realize a fact you have ignored all these years. When the time comes, accept it. There will be a great shift protecting the world wherever the moonlight shines."
After finishing his thoughts, he closed and locked the door, then threw off all his clothes except his boxers and dived into bed.

Walking through the mountains, a man in a suit sighed and said to a woman beside him, "Do you really think we can do what we planned with the Master Mold? I know about your experiences with sentinels in your fifth life, but I'm pretty sure it will be impossible."
The woman smirked. "Fourth, and don't worry, Frederick. I know what I'm doing. With all the different schematics I've seen over the years, this will be a piece of cake. This one is a bit old, and even if it weren't, with my knowledge, it's practically a vintage watch to me."
Frederick sighed again. "Moira, why do we even need to do this? With my plan, we could have done it much quicker—and safer."
Moira chuckled. "What, are you so chicken that something even a girl can do without fear makes you shiver in your boots?"
Frederick shot back without thinking, "I'm sorry, not everyone can be a decrepit old woman who—"
Before he could finish, she delivered a swift punch to his kidney, dropping him to his knees in pain. Moira smiled as she walked on, saying, "Sorry, this old woman's hand slipped. I must be losing control over my body for no reason in particular."
As he slowly got up, still feeling the sting, he muttered, "Y-you know it's unfair you can still use your skills from that life after so long." Wincing, he limped next to her, and she replied, "Semantics, but really Frederick you should remember this because you seem to barley think about it Destiny at any moment can pop up and kill us along with Mystique if we aren't careful.''
Frederick uncaring merely laughed that off as he said ''Don't worry I know plus even if they do try something i've got a few things in my head that would kill them if they knew so her powers would not even let her know of some of are plans so relax Moira.
Even though I can't really empathise with you relax i've seen every second of the torture she put you through so I know of her threat.'' After Frederick said that he slipped a note inside her pocket with a smile saying ''This is an equation that you can do something crazy with when we are in the Nexus.''
Moira raised her eyebrow curious wanting to ask what it was but ''Would you look at that thing it's an utter mess isn't it Moira?'' Frederick's voice stopped those thoughts as she responded ''Yeah it's always so weird how so much vegetation can grow around these things even if it's only been about what a few months or a year.
Since this thing was destroyed.'' Nodding along to that Frederick could only assume that was comic logic playing a role as he said ''So does that mean project X-S205 is a go?'' She Smirked and said ''Yeah though we still will need to collect samples from that dead god in a short while before they notice it's existence.''
''True that.''
( A/N: Not going to lie after the glitch with my LOTM novel making it so only about 2k words were on the chapter after uploading it with 4k words my ass gave up writing for a bit and started re reading the comics anyway i'm back and also Charles is now 50 something in verse as I forgot about the whole medicine that fucks with aging that exist in the marvel universe.
