With his back against one of the tombstones, Kael sat silently and ate some hard bread that he stole from the school's kitchen before his escape.
Despite him being faceless, when he tried opening his mouth, a small gap opened, stretching his flesh in a creepy manner, and Kael stuffed the bread into the opening.
He expected to need to wait in the Realm Between for a little while before he could safely return back to Whitesky.
With the help of Peeking Mirror, he'd been able to see the current situation in the Dark Jewel's Corner.
It was rather safe, but if he went there right now, he would most likely have to deal with the Guild, and he'd rather not.
And thus, since he still had some food left that he took from the kitchen, he decided to wait until things calmed down there.
