Chapter 11 - A Ghost's Accusation and a Public Kiss

"Violet would have turned six today, and you couldn't spare her a single thought," I spat at Julian, fury burning through my veins. "Yet here you are, fawning over Isabelle as if she's your own flesh and blood!"

Julian's amber eyes narrowed to slits, his jaw clenching tight. "Don't you dare compare them."

"Compare them? How can I when you never gave Violet a chance?" My voice trembled with rage. "Our daughter died waiting for you, but Isabelle gets custom-made toys and your undivided attention!"

"Enough!" Julian's roar echoed through the hall, making several nearby pack members flinch. "Violet is gone. Nothing will change that. Stop using her memory to manipulate me."

His words sliced through me like a blade. "Using her memory? She was your daughter!"

"A daughter you're determined to weaponize," he growled. "I won't let you taint Isabelle's life with your bitterness."

Before I could respond, Natalie's voice pierced our confrontation. "Julian! Help me!"
