I checked my reflection in the car window, ensuring my red wig was securely in place. The oversized sunglasses completed my disguise perfectly. No one would recognize Natalie Beaumont watching from afar, not even the few pack members passing by who nodded politely at the unfamiliar face.

My wolf purred with satisfaction as I settled onto a bench with clear view of the training den's playground. Everything was unfolding exactly as I'd planned.
