"We will be taking our finals in a few months from now, so what do you think the lecturer is doing? He hasn't been coming to classes for up to a month now. What do we do?" a student fretted.
"I don't know. Read, I suppose," her friend drawled. Two girls before Tia spoke among themselves, while Tia stared blankly at the podium.
Suddenly, a female voice shouted, bringing Tia from her daze.
"Tia, what's up?" Jane bounced up from the first row to the third row, where Tia was seated. "I brought what you asked me last time concerning the drama that was performed some festivals back. These are the records from the drama president," Jane chirped, handing her a bag containing some CDs.
Tia glanced from her face to the bag. "Thanks, Jane," she murmured, collecting it with a smile, then added, "Send my regards to your brother and tell him I will return it in one piece."
Jane replied to Tia with a hum and returned to her seat.
