Auden looked at the mirror as he sized up the official clothes he was wearing currently. Mrs Flammel had made sure to buy him a lot of clothes for occasions he would require in the wizarding world. After the first day of shopping where she saw his abysmal knowledge in fashion of the era, she decided to take charge of his fashion choices for a long time.
But according to Auden, it was because his choices were too modern for this era.
"Thanks for everything" Auden muttered as he went into the living room. The four spirits nodded in agreement seeing he was dressed up sharply.
All four of them had told him that they do not want to decide the future of the Wizarding world. But they are ready to help Auden in every step of the way in the future. As long as Auden needed it, they were prepared to assist him in any matter he needed them to.
So, Auden directly told them his plans and aims of his life.
Salazar had an evil grin. Godric laughed out loud. Rowena had a smile that seemed like she was making plans already. While Helga had a proud look on her face.
"You are going to turn the entire system of the wizarding and muggle world upside down kid. Haha, count us in" Salazar said as they listened to his plans.
Right now, Auden was going to the ministry of magic. He already has a good hold on the matter of press by controlling Rita. So right now, he needs to get a strong ally in the government as well. And unlike the time he blackmailed Rita, he needed to get an ally in the ministry as only a few people fit the description of what he needs and they were honest people unlike Rita .
"I had an appointment with Madam Bones" I told the receptionist as I entered the correct floor from the lift. Auden was lucky that he had worn official clothes approved by the aristocrats of the wizarding world. There were quite a few prepared to guide him the entire way.
They might have misunderstood that he was related to a high-ranking family.
"Oh, good morning Mr Auden and yes, Madam Bones is waiting for you inside" the Receptionist said with a professional smile. Auden thanked her and entered into the room.
As he entered, he found a grey-haired woman sitting near a table that had stacks of paperwork on it. As he entered, the woman slightly raised her eyes from the work she was doing and went straight back while pointing towards the seat in front of her.
Auden did not hesitate and sat down.
After a few minutes, Amelia bones put her pen down and sighed. Then looked straight at the chid in front of her.
"This meeting is being held because I was coerced to do it by a high-ranking member of the press. Rita skeeter told me she would not publish a particularly harmful information as long as I agree to this meeting. But what I don't understand" she had a piercing glare in my direction "Is how an orphaned boy with no notable connections and no intelligence of his existence manged to get that sort of control over her. I know for a fact that she would not have made this deal unless you were significant enough for it. So, who are you and why do you want to meet me"
Auden was calm as she asked these questions. He knew that he was meeting the Head of the Department of Magical Law enforcement today. And since his name had already been given to her by Rita, he knew that he will be investigated.
Even though Dumbledore and Nicholas had made an identity for him, he always knew that it was not foolproof. The chances of people finding out the missing timeline of his life is very high. But the fact that Dumbledore had created this identity might deter many from pursuing this if they find out about it. But that was only because Dumbledore is still alive. He had no idea what would happen after that, so he has to be prepared for it.
"I can tell you everything as long as you promise, nothing about this conversation will leave this room and for earning you trust, I can only provide this" Auden said as he took his wand out. "I can promise you that I will not lie during our meeting that is happening right now and will try to answer your questions honestly and if not, may my magic be lost from my hands"
Auden's wand glowed slightly indicating that the oath has been made. Amelia's eyes widened as she saw the determination of the child sitting in front of her. But even then, she was inclined to ask.
"But to give such a promise of not revealing anything. How am I sure that I won't mind what I learn from you" Amelia said as she looked at Auden again.
"The oath can be modified in such a way that prevents you from directly giving away information. Now make the oath in such a way that you will not be able to directly reveal my information. But at the same time, as long as you find proofs in the real world directly proving my plan, you are allowed to reveal it to others"
Amelia sighed as she heard the complicated plans made by the youngster in front of her.
"Alright, alright. Tell me what you wanted to say. I will see whether I can help you or not" Amelia finally said as she sat back not knowing what she was getting into.
After two hours.
Auden got out of the office room with a smile as everything he had planned had gone his way. He had gained another ally for his future goals. He greeted the receptionist again as he went out of the Ministry of magic directly.
Back inside the office.
Amelia did one more spell upon her to see whether here memories were manipulated or not. She had even pinched herself a few times a while ago to make sure she was not dreaming at all.
"What the hell did I get myself into?" She asked herself wide eyed.
