Chapter 35 - Rebuilding the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist

Hearing Yūto's words, Mei Terumī's eyes flashed with admiration, and she couldn't help but think to herself, "As expected of Lord Yūto, he can analyze so much from just a little bit of information."

Yūto continued to read the intelligence in front of him, and suddenly his eyes lit up when he saw that the intelligence indicated Raiga Kurosuki often carried a child on his back.

If the plot hasn't changed, this child should be Ranmaru, who possesses the Red Eye Bloodline Limit!

This is an ability that can counter the Byakugan, and it's even stronger than the Byakugan in terms of Chakra observation.

A hint of a smile appeared on Yūto's lips, and he looked up at Mei Terumī, saying indifferently,

"The child Raiga Kurosuki carries on his back, as mentioned in the intelligence, is quite intriguing."

Hearing Yūto's words, Mei Terumī also nodded; a Ninja like Raiga Kurosuki would never carry a burden.

This meant that the child on Raiga Kurosuki's back possessed a talent that even Raiga Kurosuki valued.

"The Village has stabilized now, and it's time to re-establish the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist."

Mei Terumī said softly, her expression serious.

Ever since she completely took over Gengetsu's forces, the problems that were hidden beneath the surface had thoroughly emerged.

The current state of the Mist Ninja Village was much worse than Mei Terumī had imagined.

Yūto smiled slightly; Mei Terumī's thoughts coincided with his own. The Mist Ninja Village currently did not lack high-end combat power. As long as he was there, the Mist Ninja Village could suppress all the Ninja Villages in terms of high-end combat power.

However, in terms of mid-to-low-end combat power, the Mist Ninja Village was much weaker than the other four Ninja Villages.

Therefore, the re-establishment of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist was imperative.

"Regarding the rogue Ninja Raiga Kurosuki, who should be assigned to this mission?"

Mei Terumī said softly, a hint of contemplation flashing in her eyes.

Raiga Kurosuki himself was an experienced Jonin, and what's more, this also involved Lightning Blade: Kiba, one of the seven Ninja swords, so Mei Terumī was naturally cautious.

"I have two good candidates."

Yūto smiled lightly, looking at Mei Terumī's thoughtful expression, and quickly formed a few hand signs.

A ball of water mist began to condense in Yūto's hands, slowly transforming into two light blue butterflies.

Yūto gently pushed his hands, and the two light blue butterflies flew out through the window.

This Ninjutsu was not a profound Ninjutsu, nor was it a secret technique.

Even a Genin could learn it after some time of practice.

However, no one bothered to learn it. This Ninjutsu itself had no offensive power; its main purpose was communication, to notify the person who received this butterfly to go to the Mizukage Office.

Therefore, naturally, no one would be bored or bold enough to learn this Ninjutsu.

In a small courtyard.

A petite figure was constantly making various hand signs.

Unfortunately, this figure was clearly distracted, and the sequence of hand signs was a mess.

"Haruna! If you're still distracted, you won't be eating lunch today!"

Ameyuri Ringo's displeased voice came from behind Haruna, followed by a small wooden stick hitting Haruna's little head.

"Oh, Big Sister, I've been training for so long, can't I rest for a bit?"

Haruna rubbed her head, feeling wronged, and asked Ameyuri Ringo in a pleading tone.

"Rest? You've only been training for ten minutes!"

Ameyuri Ringo's face darkened, and she gritted her teeth, barely suppressing the urge to act.

"I never said I wanted to become a Ninja," Haruna mumbled softly, rubbing her little head.

Ameyuri Ringo narrowed her eyes and said indifferently,

"Oh, are you saying you don't even want to eat dinner?"

"No! I will definitely become a powerful Ninja like Big Sister!"

Haruna's spirits lifted, and she said seriously.

Hearing Haruna's words, Ameyuri Ringo's face showed a satisfied expression.

Whoosh!

A light blue butterfly flew from a distance towards their direction.

This light blue butterfly flew in front of Ameyuri Ringo, circled once, and then dissipated into a mist of water.

Ameyuri Ringo was startled, turned to Haruna, and said, "You train well and don't be lazy, otherwise you know what will happen."

Ameyuri Ringo raised her fist, stomped on the ground, quickly jumped onto the rooftop, and then headed towards the Mizukage Office.

Within a few leaps, she had disappeared from Haruna's sight.

Haruna looked at the departing Ameyuri Ringo, pouted, and ran off outside.

Training? What's that? Can it be eaten?

… … … …

At the eastern edge of the Mist Ninja Village.

Compared to the bustling and lively Village center with its constant flow of people, the residents here could be described as sparse.

Naturally, it was much quieter here.

On a thick tree, Bubble leaned against the tree, half-lying on a sturdy branch, looking leisurely, but with a faint hint of sadness between his brows.

Although Mei Terumī said he could walk freely in the Village, Bubble had no interest whatsoever.

The people in the Village already disliked him, so he naturally wouldn't seek trouble. Moreover, his personality had always preferred quiet places, and he was not as accustomed to the lively Village center.

Bubble, leaning against the tree, his eyes flashed with a hint of gloom. If at first Bubble was filled with hatred for his master.

Now, as much as Bubble hated his master back then, he felt that much guilt now.

And this place was where Bubble and his master used to train. Perhaps out of nostalgia or other reasons, Bubble simply lived here.

Quiet, no one watching, and no one disturbing.

For someone with Bubble's reclusive personality, this was the best place.

As for boredom, blowing Bubbles or chatting with Six-Tails Saiken inside him were both good methods.

Recalling the young man who easily defeated him, a subtle change appeared on Bubble's calm face.

Through his conversations with Six-Tails Saiken, Bubble naturally knew Yūto's identity, the legendary Lord of the Mist Ninja Village.

"What a terrifying man!" Bubble muttered to himself.

Huh!

Bubble's previously drooping eyelids slowly opened. He looked at the light blue butterfly fluttering in front of him, a hint of astonishment in his eyes.

He naturally knew what this light blue butterfly represented.

Mission?!

As a Jinchuriki, Bubble was previously unable to leave the Village, and the Village missions would naturally not be given to him.

This meant that Bubble, as a Jonin, had done negligible missions.

"The Mizukage Office, huh? If that's the case, then I'll go there, but I need to first find out where the Mizukage Office is located…"

Bubble watched the light blue butterfly dissipate into a mist of water, rose from the tree, and floated into the distance.
