During Free's stroll in the town, Sylvia sat in their room quietly writing a letter to send it to her mom and grandmother, sound of scribbles filled the room as she finish the letter and put the newly made seal of the Hoshi family and she then exit the room and walk dowmstairs.
"Lady Sylvia" Lina suddenly came out of the room beside the stairs, wiping her hand as inside the room was filled with packed things as they were moving out in a few weeks. "Going somewhere?" she asked.
"I was gonna give this letter to the guild to send it to mom and dad" she replied, and continue walking but her path was blocked by one oversized little girl and a fiery red hair one filled with energy.
"Mama!!! Goin' somwhere!?!?!" Hina shout out loud and Sylvia gave a nod. "Then we. are. Coming too!!!!" she yelled turning to Iris.
"Yeah!! You need a protector and we are strong!!" she declared but Lina just put a hand to her mouth and chuckled teasingly.
"A person who gets knocked out twnty times a day called herself strong" Lina added and Iris starts to sweat.
"W-well, atleast i'm stronger than you!!!" Iris tried to brush it off but Hinata's mocking voice came.
"You think so?" Hinata voice reach everyone's ear, she was in the living room eating her ramen.
"W-why!!!!!" Iris yelled while pouting and eye's teary, she was trying hard not to cry.
"A-anyway, we should get going, now" Sylvia hesitantly added, Iris turned to her with teary eye and Sylviawuth no choice had to comfort her by giving a pat. "Don't worry, you will get stronger eventually" she said giving a warming smile.
Iris hicked once. Twice and wipe her eyes. "Okay...." she said in a low voice, barely a whisper but that was enough for her to stop hicking.
20 minutes later.....
The guild was buzzing with activities and the smell of alcohol amd sweat cling to the air, the receptionist was busy setting rewards for the quest when the door of the guild creak open, and three people approach the reception desk.
"What can i do for you?" the receptionist asked without even looking up.
"Can you please send this letter to Sylphia and Sylph" the receptionist paused and realized the guild was somehow more quieter, she finally tilt her head up and almost lost balance seeing the person infront of her.
"L-lady Sylvia h-hoshi a-and Iris v-von utto!?" she shouted and quickly bowed her head. "Please forgive mu rudeness!!!" she apologized.
"Sylvia waved her hand in embarassment. "N-no worries, please send this to my mom and gandma" she quickly said and left the guild while some adventurers stared at the door Sylvia, Iris and Hina exitted.
"The lord's wife is hot, isn't she?" one man muttered.
"She's clearly my type" another added.
"The lord really got a elf as his wife! I'm jealous!!" a veteran yelled but they suddenly got hit on the head. They looked up and a woman looking in her mid thirties, smoking with her pipe gave them a glare.
"Say that again and you're dead" She darkly said, making the whole place shudder, as they felt a chill crawling diwn their spine.
"I-I apologized, please don't do anything to me!!" The first man yelled.
"Sorry!" another joined in as they ran out of the guild and one guy ran out too for no reason at all.
"Tch. I didn't even got to throw some hands" the woman said, with a sigh. "Well, a job is a job, i'll ask payment to Free later" she said, before walking back upstairs.
Everyone in the guild stared at the guildmaster as she walk back to the room and slamming her door shut and everyone exhaled in relief.
"Thank god the guildmaster didn't pick a fight" the receptionist muttered, while wiping sweat off her face.
"Yeah, but still. Baron Hoshi is just too overprotective of his wife" another said and the receptionists gave a nod as a letter hanged in their office hanged with the not. Protect my wife, don't let anyone set eyes on her and if they did teach them a lesson, the reward will be a gold coin.
- Chief Free(it is a letter before Free became a noble).
Meanwhile back to Sylvia she walked slowly as Hina was hand cling to her's, like she was with a little girl, though she was(indefinitely).
"That receptionist really was rude" Iris added with a annoyed expression on her face, but Sylvia gave a flick on her forehead, flick!. "Ouch! what was that for?!".
"Don't call someone rude" she added, walking as Iris trailed behind her with her hand still on her forehead. "I don't like it when you call someone rude".
"Sorry...." Iris muttered, in her mansion she could have given ten times harsher word but infront of Sylvia she can't even call someone rude.
As they continued walking they assed through the Ramen stall which was as always thriving with business as both adventurer and commoner from around the kingdom came to get a taste of it.
"Mama, let's go and eat some Ramens!!" Hona urged as she pulled Sylvia to toward the ramen stall.
"Okay okay. just don't pull me" Sylvia added as Hina started to run toward the rpivate section.
"One extra large bowl of Ramen please!" she shouted, the elder chef almost dro his bowl startled by the sudden shout.
"Waa- ! Madam Hina, please don't shout like that, what if i get a heart attack!" the chef yelled, Hina chuckled mischeviously.
"Sorry" she said, her tounge stuck out of her mouth.
"Anyway" the chef added, and srarts to prepare a large bowl of Ramen for her and Sylvia and Iris too entered in the room. "Lady Sylvia, so that's why she was alone when she yelled" the chef added as he prepare two more bowls for them.
"Extra large for me please" Iris ordered, the elder chef sighed and take out a large bowl for her.
"Eat your full okay" Sylvia added, as she got her bowl first while Hina and Iris's one was taking some time.
"Thank you" Sylvia said as she take the fork from the table and starts to eat.
