And only after a moment did the dazed Riley, who was still looking at Kael's face, realize the exact second the dragon raised a brow.

What did he even just say?!
The mortified human slapped a hand over his mouth, eyes wide, mind spinning. He wasn't sure which was worse—the fact that he said it out loud, or that he even thought about it seriously.
Also, wait. What even was the problem with saying such a thing, when he already sounded like the most promiscuous mortal in existence—especially after hearing about Kael's epic romance?
How bad could it even get, right?
But more than that, surely he also had a point.
