Today's events were incredibly shocking for Rukia; she needed time to recover.

Kyōraku Callum and Yoruichi Shihōin exchanged a glance, both seeing amusement in the other's eyes.

Rukia, in her current state, seemed rather dazed.

Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!

An urgent series of beeps sounded from Rukia's communicator.

Her expression instantly tightened with alarm. She quickly checked the device.

"Spiritual particle density in Yokohama has suddenly spiked. Multiple Gillian have appeared in the City skies!"

Kyōraku Callum stretched, rising to his feet. "In that case, let's go to Yokohama. Order in the World of the Living must be maintained."

A glint of excitement flashed in Yoruichi Shihōin's golden eyes.

Her lips curved into a smirk. "Perfect, I'm getting rusty from staying in the shop. I'll come with you."

Kyōraku Callum nodded, unconcerned. He wasn't worried about the Shinigami stationed in the World of the Living discovering Yoruichi Shihōin's presence; that was highly improbable.

After all, Yoruichi Shihōin was the former Captain of the Second Division and known as Shunpo Yoruichi; it would be extremely difficult for ordinary Shinigami to detect her.

The three used Shunpo to leave Urahara Shop.

On their way to Yokohama, Kyōraku Callum noticed Rukia's Shunpo had improved significantly, as had the stability of her spiritual pressure. As the Fifth Seat of the Thirteenth Division, she hadn't achieved her position solely through her Kuchiki name. Rukia now possessed the strength to match her rank.

"Rukia, your strength has truly increased," Kyōraku Callum complimented.

Rukia, pleased, smiled contentedly, her eyes half-closed like a pet being stroked.

"Of course!" she said. "To catch up to you, I've been training every day!"

[A new check-in task has been issued. Please check in at Yokohama in the World of the Living and confront Barragan Luisenbarn!]

[Task Reward: Peak-level Hakuda!]

Kyōraku Callum, traversing the air on spiritual particles, looked perplexed.

What the hell? Why was Barragan showing up in the World of the Living? Was this his own decision, or was he being manipulated by Aizen?

The unexpected check-in task didn't bring Kyōraku Callum any joy; instead, it raised serious questions.

Rukia noticed the change in Kyōraku Callum's expression. "Kyōraku, what's wrong?"

Kyōraku Callum composed himself, smiling faintly. "Nothing, I just remembered something."

Dismissing the matter, Kyōraku Callum focused on the task at hand. Barragan was just the Segunda Espada. If he dared appear in the World of the Living, Kyōraku Callum would ensure he stayed there permanently.

However, if Barragan was cooperative, Kyōraku Callum might consider sparing his life.

The World of the Living was under constant surveillance by the Research and Development Institute. A high-intensity battle would inevitably attract Seireitei's attention.

While he'd already revealed some of his strength, Kyōraku Callum preferred to keep some in reserve.

Plus, Barragan's abilities held some similarities to his own, making him a valuable subject of study. If possible, he'd save Barragan for a future encounter.

Realizing Barragan's potential arrival in Yokohama, Kyōraku Callum decided to act swiftly. He pulled Rukia into a hug.

Rukia was stunned before he whispered in her ear, "Let's pick up the pace."

With a startled cry from Rukia, he unleashed his full Shunpo speed. Yoruichi Shihōin watched in surprise as he vanished.

"Kyōraku's Shunpo has always been this strong?" she mused. "Just how many secrets is he hiding?"

In Yokohama, Kyōraku Callum's Shunpo far surpassed Rukia's. Within minutes, they reached Yokohama. In the distance, several black figures loomed between skyscrapers—elongated bodies like flowing cloaks, moving through the air.

Their clown-like masks and pointed noses gave them a somewhat comical appearance. A large Hollow hole was located in the center of their bodies. Low-level Hollows, Gillian!

Several Shinigami were struggling to fend off the Gillian's advance. Given that they weren't elite forces, their struggle was understandable.

"Bakudō #31, Shakkahō!" Rukia chanted as Kyōraku Callum set her down.

Kyōraku Callum didn't immediately intervene; he observed from the sidelines.

Several Gillian attempting to attack Shinigami in his presence would find it difficult. This was a perfect opportunity to assess Rukia's current abilities.

Stimulated by Kyōraku Callum's strength, Rukia's training intensity far surpassed that of ordinary Shinigami, explaining her rapid rise to Fifth Seat in the Thirteenth Division.

She had proven her position wasn't based on her Kuchiki name or her association with Kyōraku Callum.

Crimson flames gathered in her palm.

BOOM!

A massive crimson fireball erupted from Rukia's palm, striking the Gillian with devastating force.

"ROAR!" The Gillian roared in pain, its black body showing signs of scorching.

Rukia's fully chanted Bakudō #31 posed a significant threat to the Gillian. The attacked Gillian finally noticed Kyōraku Callum and Rukia, abandoning its current target and charging towards them. The other Gillian followed suit. The ground trembled violently.

"Rukia, it's your turn," Kyōraku Callum said with a smile. "Let's see what you've got."

A confident smile spread across Rukia's face. "No problem." She addressed her communicator.

"Yokohama City Shinigami Rukia requests Shikai release permission."

The response from Seireitei was swift: Permission granted!
