Chapter 1 - A glimpse from the future

Hello everyone, and welcome to my humble stage.

Yes, yes, I know what you're thinking right now, but I don't want to hear your strange questions like "What's happening?", "What's going to happen?", or even "Who are you?" or "Why are you walking naked in front of us wearing only a light around your waist?"

Well, about the light—it's just so I don't hurt the readers' eyes—but I won't answer the rest, understood?

And now, ah, in short, I want you to come with your beautiful eyes, your brilliant thoughts, and listen to what I'm about to tell you.

Alright, I suppose all of you have thought at some point: What would happen if you were one of the villains? The one who destroys the world, or galaxies, or even the entire universe.

But every time that idea comes, you're interrupted by the thought of some superhero who will stand in your way—especially that so-called Batman, the one with the long forehead who trusts no one.

That's why I brought you here today—to show you something you've wished for every single day. Something you've always wanted to make real. Something you've deeply longed to live.

But life betrayed you. It made you mere spectators. Always watching how superheroes ruin villains' attempts to destroy anything.

But no, no, no, no, my friend—things are different today. Today, you, me, and everyone will witness someone destroy the DC universe in a magnificent artistic way.

Now, let me show you a glimpse of the future you will live with your eyes, your body, your soul, your breath—every part of you.

--------

In the heart of Metropolis...The sky rained sparks, not water. No thunder, no lightning. Just flickering dark purple light tearing through the electronic clouds that filled the sky after the dimensional gate collapsed. The streets were deserted—except for the metallic structures writhing across the ground like worms, constantly reassembling themselves.A metallic silence loomed, broken only by the sound of heavy, steady footsteps tapping against the scorched asphalt.

Then... he came.

He emerged from the shadow of a crumbling building that used to be a bank, and walked toward the center of the ruined square as if striding down a red carpet. He wore a classic black suit—unreasonably elegant amid the devastation—topped with a long coat like the wings of a raven soaked in blood. The white shirt beneath the coat looked like a piece of light plucked from the sky and stitched to his body. His face was pale... but that strange smile painted on his lips resembled a final joke told at a funeral.

A laugh... not belonging to humans.A laugh that belonged to chaos.

From behind his back, he drew two guns.

The first... glowing with dark violet energy, with green threads swirling around it like flames from a black hole. The second... encrusted with tiny gemstones, each glowing with a different color, as if kidnapped from parallel universes and imprisoned in his grip.

The robots advanced toward him.Dozens. No—hundreds. Each one designed differently: some modeled after WayneTech prototypes, others from LexCorp labs, and some bore forbidden symbols dating back to the age of Darkseid.

But he didn't retreat. He didn't hide. He didn't flinch. He fired.

The gunshots weren't ordinary. The shot from the first gun created a silent explosion, as if it was sucking all sound from the surroundings. It left behind a vortex of nothingness that devoured all noise, then struck the metallic body—making it tremble violently before exploding from the inside out.

But the second gun... it changed the rules of the game.Every shot was different from the last:

One turned the robot into a glass statue before it shattered.Another made it devour itself until it vanished.A third unleashed a temporal wave that sent the robot back to the moment of its creation—before the ground swallowed it whole.

He wasn't just fighting. He was dancing with war.Every step, every twist of his body, every sway of his coat in the air—it all felt like a deadly theatrical performance. As if this world, in its chaos, was the perfect stage for him.

One of the advanced robots approached him from behind, its arms transforming into energy blades. But the man... smiled without turning around, and fired the first gun.

The robot didn't explode. It stopped.Fell to its knees. Then, suddenly, it began to laugh.A distorted laugh. A... human laugh?

And then it tore itself apart from within—as if the laughter itself had been the bomb.

Minutes later, nothing remained.Only the man—standing amidst a field of charred remains.

He took a deep breath. Tilted his neck slightly, as if the battle had been nothing more than a morning workout. Then he looked up toward the building across from him.There... a shadow moved.A figure was watching him.

His smile grew wider. In a deep, raspy voice, he said:"Oh… so you've finally come?"

His voice came out calm… wrapped in an invisible threat. Then he turned. And threw one of his bullets into the air… he didn't fire it, just… let it float.

It rose, and began to glow with a golden hue.

In an instant, the sky cracked open.A new portal was formed. But it wasn't an entrance… it was a mirror.

And in that mirror... his reflection appeared. But no… it wasn't him.

It was another version of him... without the smile.

And now, let's return to our humble stage—did you enjoy this glimpse of the future?Wonderful. I think you liked it, and so I'll say this:Those who wait shall receive… and those who don't, will miss the most beautiful moments of their lives.

(A strange, slightly sick laugh echoes from nowhere)

Alright... it's time for me to go.The story begins… shortly.
