"You have met me before, I've also told you my name, but you won't remember me now because I wear a different appearance. Here is room 47," she said, opening the door to the room and turning immediately to leave.
Her words re-echoed in my head as I watched her retreating figure, before turning to face the door and being instantly hit by their scent.
I could perceive their scent individually, Aven, Tristan, Damon and even Zade.
The alpha successors had disappeared earlier after Becca was taken to the sick bay to stay with her, quite impressive.
I entered the room, and all eyes snapped towards my direction almost instantly.
Becca was already awake, but her eyes were dull. Arlo sat by her side, his hands in her palm.
Zade, Tristan, Aven and Damon sat in different corners of the room.
There was a little tension in the room as their eyes settled on me. I walked towards Becca and sat on the other side of the bed.
