Andria's POV
I reached for the doorknob, fingers trembling from a mix of anger and hurt. I still didn't want to take in the excuses Sir Kaelric was making for Aven.
But right as the metal turned beneath my palm, something in me snapped. I wasn't going to just leave his office like that without telling him the piece of my mind.
However, I don't know why I was fuming, probably it's the feromones, or the fact that Aven and Sir Kaelric could hide such information from her, when I had already given them my body, considering they are my mates.
I snatched my hand back with a sharp inhale, spun around, and stormed back toward him, each step fueled by pure volcanic fury.
Sir Kaelric's brows lifted slowly, a low, rumbling laugh rolling from his chest.
"I knew it," he murmured. "You want me more than I expected."
